Has a gift shop called The Wandering Owl run by the local chamber of commerce. It had a small selection of holiday and home decor, greeting cards, jewelry and other gift items. There were also visitor brochures and guides for the area.

This is a small town. The people are kind and still have the old time respect and care for their neighbors that I grew up with. I am retired now and I want that feeling of peace and happiness back. I have found that here in Augusta. I love them and they seem to love me. Live together in peace.

Very clean beautiful place for the most part it looks like people respect this beautiful nature park with exceptions of some trash in woods from kids I’m assuming. But been there twice now . Mushroom hunted in my last visit only to find false morels but was kinda early in the season. This review is for Klondike park not sure where Augusta visitor center is hopefully near this park
