They didnt come right away stayed 15 min. Left had to call next day for same thing and days later stayed same time left never really got it fixed right both me and my wife are eldly wont use them again

I found Show-Me on the Better Business Bureau website and I'm glad I did. My AC unit was not putting out enough cold air. They came out within a couple hours, did some troubleshooting and got my unit back up and running in less than an hour. I didn't know this company was in *********** area but I'll be using them from now on. Very pleased with this company.

Show-Me Heating and Cooling’s technicians are outstanding. However, the company’s ability to communicate is worse than expected. They do not reply to messages, and expect you to maintain the ownership of asking for status updates. I would recommend another provider if parts are required to fix the unit.Service: A/C system maintenance

Had different HVAC guys: $90 and "you need a new motor, call your warranty guy". Warranty guy, no response on multiple attempts. Show-me? I contact them, "I'll be out tomorrow", comes out actually diagnosed the issue and fixed it - "Low freon". Let's just say I'll be going back to these guys!Service: Repair HVAC

Had one of the guys come out to fix our furnace because our gas company said there was something wrong with it since our pilot light wouldn't light. So the guy came out and started looking at it and there ended up with nothing wrong and a plummer should have came out to deal with the water heater since it had nothing to do with the furnace but instead continued to work on it and got our pilot light lit even though he didn't have to. He could have just left it at a plumber had to come by but He didn't. He stayed and got it done even though he did not have to. Now that's awesome service from them! For sure will be using Show Me again if we need them!

Had a furnace problem this week of all weeks. Tech was very professional and efficient. Diagnosed the faulty part and replaced very quickly. Wore a mask ( which we appreciated) and botties the entire time. Very pleased

Highly recommend! Called them in the morning and Levi was over within the hour to fix our heat. Very quick and easy fix and the heat was working in no time.
