Do NOT do delivery at the caseys in Ashland. It is through doordash and if there is any issue the store and doordash will blame the other and tell you they don't handle the refund. At least the Caseys manager is a lot nicer than the last one, but I want my money back for a delivery order we ended up having to pick up ourselves. Dominoes is in town now and have their own delivery drivers if you want to do delivery.

Manager is rude and entitled. She has been in Casey’s yelling at the kids in the kitchen every time I’ve walked in. They got rid of Kelsey and now brought this Ty in who thinks she is better than everyone! Casey’s you are seriously going under. This is how you let people manage your stores???? This is how you let kids be treated???

Ordered pizza online. Waited an hour and a half which I was ok with. My friend picked up the pizza. Had to ask for lettuce. Was told they were out then another employee pulled some from the cooler. Then had to ask for taco sauce. Then had to ask for marinara for the 2 orders of breadsticks we ordered. Finally my friend comes out with the pizza and I open it to find this slopped together mess. The dough wasn’t even rolled out and it’s the size of a medium pizza at best. I called and was told there was no manager on duty and asked “so what do you want me to do? Take your number or something?” Never again. We will drive to Columbia or Jeff next time. Do better Ashland Caseys

Every time I go to place an order online there’s an 80 minute wait minimum. Every Casey’s in the area is half or less time. It’s sad that I can go to Holt summit and get a pizza faster. Sunday night 6 pm holiday weekend. The warmer was empty and several people waiting for pizza. Don’t worry there’s always managers in The office doing absolutely nothing work related while one person is making pizza. I’m excited Dominos is coming to town.

Great convenience. Use the app for money off on gas.

It’s sad I have to drive to Columbia to get pizza because no one wants to cook at this store. Every time I walk in the pizza case is empty and someone is smoking out front instead of cooking. And if you place an online order you better do it a few hours ahead because it will not be ready when they tell you it will be.

I gave it one start. Just because you have to give a start to leave a review. I waited close to two hours for 2 large pizza tonight. I did an online order. Because I know it can get crazy in the kitchen. When trying to make pizzas an take orders. When I showed up to pick my pizza up. I was already 10 min late. I walk up to kitchen an I seen there where no pizza finished and waiting to be picked up. So I ask how long before my pizza would be done. She looks for my ticket and in the wrong place. The lady in kitchen said I miss placed your ticket behind the others. So as I'm waiting for my pizza to be done and ready to go. The lady in the kitchen starts talking to the lady that's running the registers. Saying well if people would learn to cook there own dinner. I'm sorry but at this point if you hate your job quite it. I've had this same issue last time I order from here.

Waited almost 2 hrs for a pizza! An hour and half longer than we were told. Some how they thought it was already picked up. It was good when we finally got it. Like everywhere else, so many places are short staffed. Not sure that was the case here, but will give grace.

I went to get Dr. Pepper and they were out of 12 packs of Dr. Pepper. The girl working the front was great and extremely helpful. She offered and did, go check in the back to make sure there was none there. Unfortunately there was none. She apologized and let me know when they should be getting more in.Kindness and customer service can make a disappointment not so disappointing ?

Tried calling in a pizza 8/11/22 and they picked up the phone and proceeded to set it down without answering two times.

Ordered 3 large pizzas tonight. Told they would be ready at 6:55. They didn’t have my pizzas ready nor could they even find the order despite the lady saying she “remembered taking the order.” Instead of attempting to rectify anything, the man questioned which phone number I called in case it was the wrong Casey‘s… I’ve lived here 47 years. Pretty sure it is the only Casey’s in town and I definitely know the phone number

I used to come here rather regularly for a pickup order, roughly once or maybe twice a week. I would order while I was at work and go pickup the order on my break. It usually wasn't an issue, 20-45 minute waits usually. However, recently anytime I open the app to make an order it will always say that the wait will be 80-90 minutes. I can certainly understand with labor shortages that perhaps the time has gone up. But even when I was ordering regularly, they seemed shorter on staff anyways and 45-50 minute wait were acceptable. I don't know exactly what has changed but it is such a shame I can't ever rely on ordering here because the wait is always an hour and a half or more. It can be good food because it is close and convenient, but why bother when I can go to Columbia in that span of time and get something else.
