Spent the night here in Nov 2016. Incredible atmosphere and the hosts were more than accommodating. Well worth the stay and very relaxing. The design and attention to detail is bar none. The breakfast was incredible and above and beyond what I was expecting. My wife and I loved this place and hope to return for many years to come.

Stayed at the Down Over to watch a play in town. The hosts were great so were the other guests. Enjoyed talking with both. Breakfast was so good we had a late lunch. Bed sheets were very comfy. A short walk to anywhere in town. Planning on going back next year for another overnight as soon as next years play schedule comes out.

We stayed here while our son was performing at The Lyceum Theatre this summer. Great location in Arrow Rock and very comfy beds. The breakfast is amazing and Larry and Paula are great hosts. Will be staying again.

Larry and Paula are wonderful! They were both very helpful in terms of giving suggestions for places to go and restaurants to eat at. Paula also cooked an amazing breakfast in the morning. All in all, we had a great time staying here.

My fiancé took me here for a relaxing weekend getaway. He hit the jackpot! The home itself it's beautiful! It is very inviting and clean, well decorated, and the beds/pillows are fantastic! The town itself is very quiet and quaint, and everything is within walking distance of the B&B. Paula made a wonderful blueberry pancake breakfast and Larry was great conversation. There is a movie/game room for fun things to do during your stay and beverages provided round the clock. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Paula and Larry make any stay at the Down Over a lovely experience. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfasts are always a treat. In the charming town of Arrow Rock, the Down Over also offers a great location--you can walk from there to anywhere in town. We have been staying there for years and wouldn't stay anywhere else!
