Wonderful vet and very friendly and helpful but watch your animals close at this location because if they get away then there's a vast majority of hwy or woods for miles except the neighborhood behind there in which you'd hope it would go! My sister's cat got away here and she still hasn't found him.

This veterinary won’t write any prescriptions unless she performs expensive test on your dog first. Then when you try to get your prescription filled, she will not approve the prescription. When I asked why she didn’t approve the prescription, she suggested I should buy it from them. Which is 3 times the price of chewy. Save yourself a headache and money an go somewhere else

Review is regarding Dr. Miri Logan only. She is a mobile chiropractor for animals. I was taking my dog to see her. After my appointment they told me she would be back the next month and I advised I needed a Wednesday appointment due to my work schedule. She agreed and we scheduled for a Wednesday at 1030am. I drove an hour to get there and notified her that I was outside waiting. I got a response that they put me on the schedule for Thursday. I apologized for my stupid mistake. I didn’t know how I could have set up an appointment for a work day. I went back in my texts from them finding the one that they sent confirming my Wednesday morning appointment. I informed them of their error and she responded that was their mistake. How can we verbally schedule Wednesday and then confirm by text and then I’m told when I show up it was a mistake? If there was an issue I should have been notified the month before not the day I show up for a scheduled appointment. She still refused to see my dog even though I was there waiting. If she doesn’t know how manage a schedule better than that she has issues. We all make mistakes but it’s how we handle them that makes a difference. You apologize, own your error, and do what you can to correct it. She did none of these things and actually tried to make me feel like it was my fault even after I showed them the text showing I was correct on the date and time. I will never return and I will not recommend her to anyone. Absolutely no professionalism. So disappointed.

Friendly, highly knowledgeable, and professional staff. Very clean practice with an easy to find location. Dr. Klotz is so good with my pup and she is fear free certified. All around a great experience.

Dr Klotz was very nice and spent the time to educate me about the dog more. Loki had some major trauma from a fight. The tech was kind and my dog was happy with both of them. Thank you so much

I was recently very disappointed and angry regarding how our beagle's health was handled just last week. I brought him in because he was breathing very fast. First, the vet tells me he has a heart murmur, which really surprised me because he had been going there since we got him as a puppy to 7 years old as of last week and that condition was never brought up before. She did ask to do an x-ray to see if she could see anything about the heart before we had to take him to a dog cardiologist. She comes back and tells me he "might" have a murmur but the breathing was due to pneumonia. I had to then authorize another test to be sent out to find out what kind of pneumonia he had and was sent home with the lowest type of antibiotic until then and a $580.00 bill. Unfortunately, he passed away two days later. I don't understand how she didn't see he had so much fluid in his lungs and either do something to relieve that or keep him for observation. When I called them to tell him he died, all I was told that she was sorry and then transferred me to the receptionist to tell me MORE charges to take care of him from there! We took him to Imperial Animal Hospital instead where they had more compassion and lower prices to offer us during this difficult time. I will NEVER take another one of our animals there again. I feel the vet was very negligent in fully diagnosing his condition at that time. I have not heard another word from them and plan on disputing the charges with our credit card company. BUYER BEWARE!

We had a fantastic experience at Vogel Veterinary Hospital! Our cat Belle was treated with care and professionalism. My husband, who was a little nervous too, was quickly put at ease by the knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Thank you for a great visit!
