Most banks offer similar deals - but the High Ridge MO bank has the friendliest and most pleasant employees than at any bank I have ever used.

I visited the Arnold branch needing assistance with my Grandfather's accounts. My interactions with branch manager, Codi Bishop, have always been great. She is extremely patient and I never feel rushed when I meet with her. She's responsive to email inquiries and when she was unable to get answers immediately she provided contact information for those I could follow-up with while she was out of office. Customer service from the tellers at this location has also been top notch.

Absolutely the worst. The wait time to make a deposit today was 22 minutes. No teller at the drive up window. After pressing the call button 20 minutes into the wait I was told she's working on it and dismissed. This isn't the first time this has happened.

An "in person" appointment with a personal banker (a.k.a. Client Relationship Consultant) must be scheduled in advance.On the internet, there is an algorithm of sorts to follow to schedule an appointment virtually, by phone, or in person.At the "in person" appointment, the banker promptly took care of our initial financial request.She also reviewed, with my consent, the other accounts. With the updated information, recommendations were offered.Her input was significant and much appreciated. Excellent assistance, Ginger Bourgeois!I have difficulty understanding how this all could have been accomplished in a phone call. The appointment process just feels very impersonal!

The ATM machine ate a sizable check and would not complete the deposit. I had to drive up to the teller to report the issue and the teller filled out paperwork to 'resolve' the issue within 10 business days. The bank does not have access to the machine. If your cash or check is 'lost' inside the machine, you are out of luck until a third-party company comes to retrieve it and reconcile it. They then report discrepancies to the ATM department, which may take up to 45 days to resolve IF they even exist! I went a week later to inquire inside, about my missing funds and they were extremely unhelpful. They actually told me they could NOT CALL their 'ATM department' because they don't do that. While at their window inside, Andrea was sitting at a closed window calling people about their loans at USBank. She was either asking for more information to complete the loan app, OR -- advising people they didn't get the loan. I heard all their personal information, and who was not being offered loans. She was loud and she kept interrupting the people helping me, to tell them the RULES --- but not addressing me directly. They did not help me whatsoever. They knew nothing. They were mostly pleasant, except for Andrea - who probably shouldn't be sitting at the front teller's window making confidential calls. She was rude, and as I was leaving, I told her she was rude. In coming here to give this review, I see I'm not the first one to observe how rude Andrea is. I wonder why USBank tolerates her rude behavior when it's clear she's been identified several times in the past as having a rude persona. Maybe she needs another position besides interacting with the public. It took two weeks to get my money deposited. I guess they assumed I could just do without money for a few weeks, as there was literally NO URGENCY at all, and very little regard at all, for assisting me. Terrible terrible awful service from USBank.

Went through the drive thru atm to make a cash deposit and the atm did not even count my 100 that I put in there and said it had an error. When I went inside the bank tellers said they could do nothing and we’re completely useless. Will be closing all accounts and never using this bank again. Go elsewhere if you value your money.

Told them I had a joint account with my ex wife who I separated from.They asked if I wanted to close that account (which I can't do bc her name is on it & she still uses Debit card)Said I wanted to start a separate account.They said it's not possible but I could do it from the mobile app.No thanks, I'll just start banking somewhere else

I opened up a new checking account today. Andrea was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. The prosses was easy and I look forward to banking with US Bank again.

Over the past two years I've used this location and 9/10 times the ATM doesn't work and the lines are always ridiculously long inside because of that. Time to update this branch or get rid of it.

Worst bank in the world of bank history!! I'm pulling out my $$ and relocating to a credit union! I would advise the same! Unless you like a bank that controls your personal or tries to rule and judge your spending
