Too long in coming, sorry for the delay.
Great UPS location and representative of UPS quality of service! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought a pre-paid package into their location to ship and had a blast talking with the team and owner of the location. They answered every question I had and helped to explain parts of the shipping business (Amazon returns) I didn't understand.
It is a pleasure to work with this UPS location.

They are very helpful at this store and always go above and beyond. I go out of my way just to come to this store because the one by my house doesn't have as nice of people who work there.

Unpleasant experience here. while I was in the middle of being helped by a blue haired middle aged woman someone else had walked in and she had screamed "Hello" very loudly in a high-pitched voice that had quite frankly made my ears ring while she was already in the middle of helping me. It did seem to be a problem for her to lift my box that was a mere 25 pounds then proceeded to let out a sigh as if I was an inconvenience to her. Will not be coming back here ever again.

they are 10/10 with domestic packages, but 0/10 for international. first and foremost, i paid almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to ship a package to my brother in italy when usps would’ve shipped it for hundreds less. the package did not weigh that much nor was it very large. second, i shipped it nearly a month ago. customs and ups have told my brother and i that it would be there by the next day. still to this day, he has not received it. also to add, i paid $330 the day i shipped it. then, weeks later, when my brother was already informed that it would be there by the next day through customs, i received a phone call around a week later from ups stating that i needed to return to ups by the next day to pay an extra $158 to customs. why i wasn’t informed that i may need to pay an extra fee upon shipping, im not sure. i paid this fee nearly two weeks ago now and my brother STILL has not received his package. what a mess!!!! i will not ship anymore packages domestic or international after this experience with ups.
update: just called to find the status and they JUST NOW informed me that i owe another $130. outrageous!
