Awesome gym. The best equipment for serious lifters. Professional and super kind owner who is an elite bodybuilding competitor. Everyone in this gym is so kind and friendly. Low key family vibes. Favorite gym ever.

Signed up here because I hate the crowds at the corporate chains . Very clean and very nice equipment. People are cool and even when they are busy it doesn't seem packed. Highly recommend if your the loner type like myself. Bring your headphones if you don't like metal music. It's a little tucked away secret behind the Arnold food pantry.

Got a couple day passes while traveling for work. Awesome gym with basically any equipment you could want for a serious lifter. Plenty of racks, belt squat, reverse hyper, tons of machines for every body part, monolift, free weights, benches, deadlift platform with a jack, etc. If you're into strength sports /powerlifting/bodybuilding/general fitness then this is your spot. It's iron therapy. Very welcoming atmosphere. Another review griped about biblical inspiration on the wall but heavy metal music over the speakers, which is true, but I'm not sure how that's a negative. The music isn't very loud so you're not going to hear it over headphones if you're not a fan. If you want Top 40 hits blasted over the speakers and spin classes, this isn't your spot. The gym is kept very clean by the owner and the folks who workout here. And I didn't see a single piece of equipment "down for repair" like 1/4 of the equipment at chain gyms.

So I Have started this journey about 3 mths ago! One of the best decisions I made for myself . I'm a newbie when it comes to a gym and the last experience I had with a big Gym was awful ! Super impersonal , felt out of place and like I didn't belong! Not how I feel @ The Dungeon. I heard great things about the The Dungeon from a friend and how Close it was to my house is a Major Perk. Going in I was nervous, and anxious and def overwhelmed . It's a pro gym , so I have seen super strong and fit people going in and out. I'm just lil old me trying to tighten up my skin from loosing weight . But I knew I needed guidance and motivation to keep kicking butt. This Amazing Place the Dungeon has giving me a new strength for myself! Everyone has been super friendly and helpful , all u have to do is ask and anyone is willing to help me. I have made several friends with the regulars ( which is so comforting ) . I mean I tell myself we are all just trying to improve or keep healthy no matter what type of fitness / health journey we are on. All the equipment is always clean and fully functional. The entire gym is clean and smells amazing. Haha not a weird smelly gym feel! I also need to Say Ann ! Is the best . She works with me , talks to me, encourages me, motivates me and Pumps Me Up !!! ( Haha in every way ) she pushes me and keeps me going . I don't know many owners of gyms that personally messages u when All of my Family had Covid . She takes time to make sure I recovered well even after our training sessions ! Does ur gym do that ? Lol Her strong kindness , wonderful gym, and amazing friendly people have Made me not scared of gyms. Such a tight nit gym reminds me of how a family interacts with each other ! The Dungeon is a great gym no matter what ur looking for . You won't regret making this Decision! Best one I've made in A Long Time!

Joined this gym january/February 2020 to work with my friend who is a trainer, I decided not to go the trainer route but I had already signed a contract for a year membership at 28 bucks a month. I never actually went to the gym one time. I actually moved about 20 minutes away in the meantime but waited for my year to be up then called to cancel. I was told I couldn't cancel over the phone and I would have to come into the gym to sign a piece of paper and still pay another month because it took that long to cancel, so that's 28 bucks more. Well my bad I forgot because it is not by my work nor on my way home. In the meantime I called and asked if she could email me the forms she said no I did not move that far, another month 28.00. In the meantime my debit card was reissued so the current on her file declined, I figured great that's settled I don't have to remember and the debits can stop.. oh no, she called to let me know my card declined.. I finally went in there today, she charges me 111.00 to get out of her contract. 2 late months, decline fees and next month since I am finally signing the paper. When I asked if she was really going to charge me she said... you signed the contract. I am glad it's over but I completely feel scammed like those companies that make it hard to cancel cause they scam people out of money. On top of all that no matter which time I talked to her she was rude and condescending. The gym it's self is clean from what I remember at my consult I will give it that but I will never recommend the place. After reading owners reply I will edit this review, I agree with owner completely on her contract which I honored but I run a business and I would never talk to or treat customers like she did, nor would I insult the reviewer in defense. I do not think meeting people with a rude attitude is how you win business. Your response proves my point of the behavior your customers can expect. Lucky for us there are more service oriented gyms out there and I suggest if you are reading this review you pick one of those. Update: owner removed her rude reply.

As a consumer I was very disappointed with the interaction I experienced on Easter Sunday. I was told good things about this place and reached out to friends who were also interested in becoming a member at this gym. As we waited respectfully thinking the gym was closed and we where given wrong info, people started to show. As we ask to enter we where then told that we could not at all enter...only certain people where able to enter. We where also told that we would not be able to buy a day pass or anything of the sorts. As being a massage therapist/ personal trainer & inviting a personal trainer/ Active Military we where stunned that this is the way a business was being operated especially at this time. Here you have two people who are looking for a new gym to call home and willing to pay money to experience your gym and we where told we couldn't enter at all. This was mind blowing and a missed opportunity on 4 new membership

I’ve been a member at The Dungeon for a few years, I work with a trainer, his name is Al Carson.I was reluctant to join because I heard it was a meathead gym. I can honestly say, I absolutely love this gym! People from all walks of life with different goals to reach! And everyone is so supportive and helpful!

The saying “ Family, not corporate “ is absolutely true about the Dungeon Gym. I have been going to the Dungeon for almost 2 years and training with the owner. She has transformed my body and put me on the stage at age 69! Ann is an Olympian champion and knows how to train, build and condition your body. People of all ages, body types and training goals find their home at the Dungeon. And we’re all there giving or receiving help and encouragement from one another. And, you will not find the variety and quality of equipment anywhere else!

The best decision I ever made was joining The Dungeon Titone Pro Gym. I had been a member at a typical cracker box gym, when I decided to join The Dungeon. Yes, the name was intimidating upon entering, but once I entered I realized I was welcomed by all the members. Every member is there to better themselves whether as a power lifter, bodybuilder, athlete, or be better than yesterday’s self. Everyone is there with purpose, yet give encouragement and support to all who enter. The transformation I made upon joining The Dungeon was remarkable. The equipment was/is like no other gym I have been to. I was able to truly see the progress I was making and I learned to lift with intent and not just go through the motions with the help of the members and Ann, the owner, explaining and showing how each piece of equipment works. Ann, being an IFBB Pro/Olympian is knowledgeable on the top notch equipment and will not hesitate to answer questions about specific exercises, form, etc...The motto at The Dungeon is not just corporate but family. I can say wholeheartedly this motto is true, I know because I am part of this family, as well as my teenage children. Although I wish I would have joined years ago, it’s better late than never. I have found my home and gym family.
