I don't understand why they have a 3.2 rating. I called them after 6:00 p.m. they said they'd be about a half an hour and they showed up 25 minutes later. The driver was professional and courteous. They had the tire changed and we were back on the road within 15 minutes. Definitely would use them again.Service: Tire change

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE. do not use this company to tow your vehicles (they'd probably like it better that way anyway since they hate doing their jobs) my insurance company used them to attempt and tow my totaled car for me. after my car never arrived at my house (nearly 3 hours later) I call the towing company and find out that the tow truck driver said my car "just wasn't where it needed to be picked up" and left my totaled car untowed. my insurance adjuster was there AFTER the tow truck driver and my car was there. he looked at it and called me and told me it was there AFTER this tow truck driver said it wasn't there. (tow truck driver was there at 9:10 and my insurance adjuster at 9:33) when I called the tow company I got tons of lip and attitude, they treated me like I was the problem when their driver was simply too lazy to pick my car up. so yeah, would definitely choose someone else as I will be doing. (they've also left tons of other people stranded—as i now see from the other reviews)

I got stranded on the highway with a flat tire this company never showed up after my insurance company dispatched them. I called them to check & see when they were coming & the driver got smart & cocky with me saying he wasn’t coming until the morning & to call Geico if I have a problem with it! My son called to check towing rates and informed them of the type of vehicle. When the towing guys actually got there, they charged him 50% more than they said on the phone because they had to use a certain strap (again they knew the car that was being towed when they quoted the price on the phone). Called the office and they were pretty obnoxious and unprofessional (excluding the receptionist). Definitely will never use them again.Service: Car towing
