“Edit: I called the store and they are going to allow me to trade the shoes for another pair.
So the store is doing right but I will never get fila shoes again.
I bought my kids shoes for Christmas in the store service was ok cashier was amazing
But here we are less then a month after Christmas and my sons shoes ( fila ) are coming apart. And he only wears them to school so in less then a week. I am calling today to see if they will do something to fix this if the do I will edit my review but at this point I am not happy and want to cry my 8 year old is very upset”

“I recently had to contact MBT USA with regard to a pair of MBT shoes I previously purchased. MBT USA customer service (Sheri) not only listened to my concerns, but was proactive to resolve my issue. I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. It's nice to see a company that backs up their product with stellar customer service. I'm now a fan of MBT!!”
“Affordable prices, a variety of selections to choose from, friendly and trustworthy staff, what more can you ask for?! I shop here for 510-thread cartridges, and they are always kind enough to allow me to check that the product is not damaged/defective before buying it, as a common problem with 510 cartridges is fluid leakage.
I left my wallet there today on accident, and a kind staff member held onto it for me until I called the store! They tried everything they could to get a hold of me up until that point. My wallet was returned just the way it was before I lost it. Grateful and satisfied!”
“I ❤Catos!Not gonna lie...I go IN for the phenomenal clearance...which they know, cause then I typically go OUT with several/many clearance items & at least one full price item! LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions? “This shop is pretty good if you're on the hunt for shoes. They've got a decent variety, so there's a good chance you'll find something you like. That said, they don’t always have exactly what I'm looking for, which can be a bit annoying.
Prices are okay—some are reasonable, but others feel a little too high for what you're getting.
The staff is alright. They’re generally helpful but don’t go out of their way to make the experience special.
Overall, it’s worth a visit if you’re flexible with what you want, but you might need to shop around if you have something specific in mind.”

“We had a staff member who really went above and beyond, he didn't have on a name tag, but he has olive skin, with a pony tail and he put up with my 15 yr old Son who wears a size 13 shoe whom was undecided on what he wanted within the price range of what his Grandfather was willing to pay. I know for a fact this staff member was tired of my Son's indecisiveness, however he just kept on being a great help, until we left without anything my Son was interested in. Thank you for your patience young Sir. You most definitely deserve a raise?????”
