I live here and I am not trash.But our rent went up again and now water and sewage we have to pay.for it. Next it will be trash.With new ownership would expect a lot of improvements .But I see is my money going out every month.It isn’t worth to move here.

That's a very quiet trailer park on starlight airport road in Arnold about 2 and 1/2 mi from jeffco boulevard to stop signs and I've been in the road and you're there mostly deserted except for some of the old timers that are still there but very quiet.
