This place is awesome. They have parts people who care and are very knowledgeable. The manager, Jesse, keeps a tight crew, and his assistant Heather is remarkable. They definitely know their stuff.

Hayden was wonderful. He was so professional and friendly. Where I live in South Saint Louis you do not get this kindness. I highly recommend the O'Rilleys in Arnold Missouri ask for Hayden you will Not be disappointed. I’m giving this particular O’Reillys three stars because my husband ordered parts online to be picked up that evening and when we went to go pick them up, we were told they weren’t in stock And he would have to return the next day for his parts. My husband was OK with this, but I was critical. The website should’ve said that the parts are not in yet and when the parts would be in. Which is not the workers fault, but the website needs to get their stuff together, and maybe do an update. Other than that, my husband has had a decent experience at this particular store.

When I bought a new air filter for my car, the salesperson offered to install it there in the parking lot gratuitously! It was a great experience as she explained how I can do it by myself in the future.
