Very disappointed with this Northern Tool. I drove over an hour to get to this location because their website said that they have a particular log splitter in stock. I get to the store and it is in stock but they cannot sell it to me because it is the floor model. If the product is ordered it will take two weeks to come in. An entire afternoon wasted on Northern Tools inventory miscommunication.

Tractor wouldn't even price match while being unsure. The employees here Northern Tool knew their stuff, they were awsome helped me with ever question friendly and even gave me Military Discount me being a Retired Disabled Combat veteran of OEF/OIF and my wife currently serving in the USAF. Will be back again. TYVM for all the help.

Went to get an stihl attachment with a coupon that said for Any Purchase. They would not do coupon and the cashier was rude when I said I did not want it then. I went handyman and they did sell the same attachment with a coupon no problem. I will not be going back to northern tool any time soon. They are a ripoff.

Tried to run in and grab an item Saturday Evening around 5:15 PM and they were CLOSED. I know i should have checked the hours but also what tool store closes at 5PM on a Saturday. EVERY other tools store in the area is open til at least 8PM.

Does not have the variety of items that I would like. There were multiple items not available. The store clerks were very nice and tried hard but had little understanding of tools.
