A complete joke I bought a otr microwave opened it for the template . Turns out it was too big they refused to refund or exchange after 48hrs. and this was only a week laterThe receipt says nothing about this policy and I got the run around from the store and corporate. How can you return something so quick when you work 4 12hour shifts! I would give them a negative if I could!

Beyond poor customer service. A rep called at 830am on a Sunday from the Arnold location to advise our large flooring order was cancelled. I asked him to double check he said he was doing his job. No manager was on duty at the store until noon. We were hung up on twice when trying to find out what was going on. Monday we received a call that all is well and are moving forward with the install. So far it's beyond frustrating. Will update if experience changes with install. Would go somewhere else but cost with rebate and credit worth using big store. Hopefully we will have a more positive experience moving forward.

Horrible experience with Lowe's delivery and installation. Installation was refused upon delivery because it would take longer than usual in a tight space. Rescheduling was horrible to coordinate a time with a plumber to move a water heater for the team to do their job - which could have been done without. Once coordinated, the time promised for installation wasn't honored and customer service wasn't knowledgeable or helpful in trouble shooting.
