Not a fan of self checkout at a higher-priced department store. Aren't corporations earning enough? Give a discount if we have to do the work ourselves! Aren't you worried about inventory shrinkage? Great minds at work!

Check out & returns are the same line. It was long. Self check out was empty. That should tell you something. I will not ever use self check out unless you want to pay me for doing your job!!!!!!!!!

Kohl's has gone down hill. Clothes fell apart after the first washing.
It's also not comfortable to shop there, it's so hot even the Amazon return guy was sweating!

I was quite disappointed that they were not giving out Kohl's Cash. Also the checkout was combined with return desk which made for one person checking people out AND doing returns which made the checkout long. The sales were very few.

Many items are now marked "Not for coupon use" or something like that. A lot more than before. Why even have the percentages off if you cannot use it?
