We went to the Arnold location, Greg was amazing!! He is knowledgeable and very easy going. He made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us step by step instructions on how to make payments and explained the dealers warranty for us. The whole process took under 2 hours and we test drove multiple cars. If you go there tell them Tayler Taylor and Michael Taylor sent you! (They have an awesome referral program too!)

I can truly say, that Instacart stands out from other dealerships, by one factor— their staff. It’s been times when I’ve fell on hard times and they didn’t treat me like an account number, but exemplified compassion. My account rep Ms. Jane along with her colleagues have been nothing short of amazing. And I’m confident that they display this across the board with all of their clientele. I had paid off my vehicle and needed to get to the Arnold location to have a kill switch removed that they install for non payment.
When I made the appointment, they gave me a wait time of 1.5-2hrs. When I arrived for my appointment, they gave me a wait time of 2-3hrs. I was not happy, but it needed to be done, and I had nowhere else to go.
Five minutes after I signed the paperwork, they were pulling my jeep around to a service bay.
I'm sitting there, going through my emails when 30min after starting. The service manager brought me my keys, said that I was finished and to have a good day. My car was parked right back where I had it
