I visited the location on Richardson road / Vogel road and the associate who cut my hair was Linda. She was amazing, nice conversation, and did my hair exactly how I wanted it. I will return to get my haircut here again.
Requested style: Short I brought in a picture and she cut it exactly ? how I wanted it done.

I have a fairly simple haircut. All I really want is to not cut off my sideburns. Today was the second visit in a row that I specifically asked to not cut off my sideburns and "whack!" bye bye sideburns. Its a shame. I have been going to great Clips 35 years and 10 years at this location.
update: Manager Amanda calls me. Offers "Sorry". I believe she is sincere. She offers to raise awareness to stylists to not cut sideburns off of future clients without better communication as to their wants in the haircut. Disappointing that no other resolution was offered. Maybe, a refund, a future free cut, or even a coupon to try and retain my business at this particular location. I am updating to a 3 star because I know the value of online reviews and comments. I was certainly frustrated in the moment with the initial 1 Star. With that said, given the lack of customer retention efforts I will be exploring other options going forward.

This place is very disrespectful to customers. Took my grandchildren in for haircuts and I noticed that someone was training another to cut their hair. I trusted them to give them a nice cut so I didn’t stand by the kids. We told them what the kids wanted but when they were done, I notice their hair wasn’t even. One child’s hair was long in places where it shouldn’t have been and the other had bald spots. When I asked them politely if they could fix it, they got rude and said that’s what they picked out in the book. Then all six employees came to the counter and started staring at me. I felt embarrassed because customers were there too. If a customer want a little fix why couldn’t they just straighten the hair. Not a big deal for them. I’m never going back.

I had very long hair that it took me a long time to grow and I was start to sit on my hair, I had a long braid when I went in and told the younger blond lady just to take off four inches. I explained I couldn't se, my eyes were dilated and I took my glasses off. She cut and put back into a braid. Never brought my hair to the front. The braid felt extremely short, but I decided I wouldn't freak, and I would look at it after the eyedrops wore off. When I tell you..... There is 12 freaking inches gone! It is no exaggeration. My boyfriend asked what the hell happened and said he could have done better taking me in the back to use the ax. I have cried every day for going on a week, and I have so much anger and bad energy that I don't like myself right now. I can't let it go, and the manager gave most of the money back, but still not bringing the years of growth back, or my peace. I hate my hair and am embarrassed. I can't put my hair in long braids anymore, or even a real ponytail, because it's a stump of a thing. This is going to haunt me for a very long time. A monkey could have done better. It's not even straight. It truly looks like she was the one who was blind. I will never ever go back. Don't do it. The pain is real.

I got into a station for my haircut immediately. The stylist listened to what I wanted and cut my hair that way quickly. And then noted my preferences in my profile in the computer.

This is my favorite location for getting haircuts for my kids. The stylists are uniformly friendly and knowledgeable, they're more likely to have a high number of stylists on duty to handle any rushes, and my wait times here are lower than anywhere else. this is our favorite Great Clips!

Young Lady fixed my haircut I received 2hrs earlier from a Barber in Imperial. It was bad and she did awesome to repair my dignity and hair...Didn't get her Name but want to go back and have her cut my hair..Help me with her name employees her chair was directly behind the front desk.
