Out of all the times I went to this location I was only able to ship a package one time. They is always something, system is down, we do t have any labels. Etc. Absolutely the worst fedex location ever.

I called about a mis -delivered pkg to our house 3 days ago. If we could drive, I would have delivered to correct address as we have done in years past. It has been outside our door waiting to be picked up to no avail. It is soaking wet today. I had contacted FedX about this package the day it was delivered. There is no tel number for person it belongs to or we would have taken care of this ourselves. What the HEY!!! GUYS!!! Your truck is by us if not daily at least 3 or more times a week. Who ever delivers Packages at Oakbrook Garden Apartments keeps throwing my packages down, that have glass in them, and have broken them twice. 63129. My door has a camera.

I had a return to make to a company via FedEx. I do not have a printer at home to print the return label and the two young women working the FedEx counter were so friendly and helpful!

They have my business from now on. Every Friday I mail a package for Monday morning and they beat UPS By half. And didn't close at 3 on New Uears Eve.

I waited until 8 and carried my package up to the door just to find out they don’t open till 9 when the website states 9am.
