Cancelling has been nothing but a nightmare. Been trying to get my fiancée and I’s cars together on one plan and we found another company to be $200 a month cheaper. I called to cancel on a Wednesday and since they ‘require’ it in writing sent the email immediately, I then got a call Friday about cancelling, then was told they cannot stop the payment. I have been trying for almost a week to get them to not take the money out of my account and they did. Meanwhile my fiancée called his current plan to cancel they told him it was affective and to have a good day. Just be prepared that if you cancel it won’t be an easy process.

A peachy experience until you go to cancel. They will then take days to get back to you on canceling, take your monthly payment amount after you have already requested a cancel and give you the run around to do so. Wouldn’t recommend

Our experience with Farmers has been excellent. Very quick and personable service. Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful. She worked with us to create a home and auto package that was good for us and is always super responsive. We highly recommend Farmers.

Contacted Michael after moving to Arnold was quick to get me signed up. After 6 months he raised my Auto premium $300 both vehicles are 2018 with no accidents or tickets on file. He tried to help lower after learning I was going to cancel and go with another provider. Once I did he told me to email him the cancellation request which I did and he never processed and I had to call Farmers corporate to get it done and receive a refund. I am just glad they were able to back date it to 10 days ago when I originally requested the cancellation.

I had a wonderful experience switching all my policies to Farmers. Jennifer Giallanzo was exceptional and extremely helpful talking through the policies options. She was easy to talk to and helped me figure out what was best for my family for auto, home and our travel trailer. It was an easy switch from my former provider and did not add extra stress. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
