Heather is extremely rude and yelled at me on the phone for their mistake. I hope someone plays back those 2 phone calls. I’m not allowed to hang up on people at my job, but she has no problem doing that.

I have worked for this amazing company for over 12 years. You will not find a better employer than EMB. The owners are the most kind caring people you will ever meet. This is a great billing company! They provide professional services in all areas of medical billing and take care of the insurance companies requirements, patient calls and follow up. My payments are prompt and followed up quickly. I had another out of state billing company before EMB and there is no comparison to the amount of revenue and ease of workload for my company now as compared to then.
