I'd love for this to be 5 stars. But it just isn't the case. Estimate was given for replacement of 7 way trailer plug, and to test brakes. estimate given-it was about $75. I pick up trailer and bill is $214. That's a bit over estimate. Trailer isn't even recognized by my truck, meaning plug is not correctly installed. I have pulled this trailer behind this truck for 9 years and owner says sometimes these new trucks don't work w old trailers-wrong on this one. I guess I will be doing my own work to fix what was paid for.I was offered for me to leave trailer and they could see what's wrong w brakes but that is not the solution to the plugs problem. Not to mention more billable time. I understand it's a business but this is excessive and of poor business practice. Good luck if you choose to do business there

I will say I wish they were closer to me...When I purchase my first trailer from them they were on Jefferson but they move down in arnold(south 55)...Had my stuff fix by them with my other trailer and again no bs.. straight to the business and very fair price and even gave me an option to which way is cheaper and better...Definitely will do more business with them
