I turned in the male pharmacist w facial hair. I have my degree in Forensic Psychology. So, I'm quite well aware he is a narcissist. We had words originally over how he treated staff & customers..I also turned him into the gm in the store and at the corporate level. Every time I would go there. Even when it didn't include him. He would butt in on his staff and have to say something to me. I told him what a coward narcissist he was. His heart is too. He informed me " His name was on the side of the building & I laughed in his face. This was his response when I asked who his boss was. I mean, really, no one cares. Lol. I mean, what a joke of a human to think bc your name is on the side of CVS..plus on top of that, he now bounces my meds out of there each time..so I hope like I told him you feel good that. I'm going to turn him into the corporate office every week now until he is fully investigated. HE talks to his staff disrespectfully, which is the whole reason we had words in the first place. In the grand scheme of things....he acted like being a pharmacist paid 4 figures a yr. I informed him I'm a woman business owner. CVS I would have thought CVS would have his job after seeing multi video footage & emails concerning his behavior towards clients getting their meds & staff. If you have any narcotic for a reason. You must be an addict. They have made my dr write several letters lied to me in my face about my insurance and everything else. Be careful how you treat people. Life comes full circle in every way.

On google and on their own website, it shows 24 hours when the location isn’t in fact 24 hours. I DoorDash as a side hustle, and DoorDash thinks their 24 hours, which causes problems for customers who trust google and/or the CVS site.

Stopped in here 8 minutes before closing time just trying to grab some bandages really fast and I was met at the door by a worker saying I’m sorry we are closing! I mean It would have taken me maybe two minutes to grab the bandages. I wonder if management knows they are turning away business before closing time because they are lazy. I will not be back here I was going to brave the high prices just to grab the bandages I needed but screw this place!

Take down the open 24 hours sign. Tried to stop by on my way to work to pick up an otc medication and the doors were locked. All the lights inside are on and nobody is there? Won’t be trying to go by any other time either. I’ll take my business elsewhere

You should close this store, there is never any inventory at this store. The 2 things that I have always bought from there has not been in stock for months. Nobody to talk to about it either. At night it is nothing but a hangout for the teenage employees and they bring there dogs. Either stick your shelves or close the store. It is unfortunate because this is the only place that carried the brand and strength of medicine that I need. Poor poor poor management.

The store looks like someone broke in to it last night. There is product all over the floors, the shelves are a mess, carts filled with products all over the place and literally dirt on the carpet. I asked the girl who checked me out if they just had inventory and she was extremely rude about it…I said it kindly, but she goes, “no we just got a truck.” It’s hard to find anything here. I’ll stick with Festus CVS…it’s organized SO well with really helpful employees.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy, much less a specific pharmacist-Ben, as I have encountered here. Shame on me for not trusting this pharmacy, and Ben, the first time they showed me their arrogance, disorganization, and complete lack of patient or customer advocacy. People like you, Ben- Managing Pharmacist, are inarguably imperious. You, and all those you encounter, would be better served should you partake in an abundance of self-reflection and adopt even a smidgeon of humility.

All of my prescriptions have been 90 day prescriptions for 8 to 10 years at this pharmacy, which used to be a Schnucks Pharmacy. Recently they mistakenly refilled one of my 90 day prescriptions with a 30 day prescription, when I called to get the balance of my prescription properly filled, the pharmacist told me I could not get it refilled until the 30 day prescription has to be filled. I explained that I would be out of town when the 30 day prescription needed to be refilled. The pharmacist told me it could not be filled early. I told her that it was MISTAKENLY refilled as 30 day prescription by CVS. She told me there was nothing she could do, in other words, “don’t bother me, not my problem”
By the way, this has happened twice within the past few months. I have had several issues with this pharmacy since CVS purchased Schnucks Pharmacy. This pharmacy is poorly managed!

This store is always a mess with unpacked crates of products in the middle of the aisles and half empty shelves. The employees are not friendly or helpful. I believe that the problems most likely are because of poor management. I will not use this location any longer.cvs corporate should send an inspection team to see how poorly this store is operating.

Condescending pharmacy staff that either doesn’t listen or doesn’t comprehend. Numerous issues with physician ordered prescriptions.

Why is every one of your employees that work in the pharmacy constantly touching their faces while handling people’s medicine? It’s supposed to be a sterile environment. It’s disgusting!

It took over 2 hours to get 1 prescription filled after it being called in from drs office. I let them know I was going to wait and they told me there is no wait line they do it as they come in. The pharmacist was nice but the guy helping at the register and window was very rude.
The store looks like a bomb went off in it stuff just sitting around everywhere and shelf’s empty. I went to get a soda out of the cooler while I waited and it was empty minus some energy drinks and water.
