My first experience with Almenda was great my second interaction was with another guy who was nice but screwed things up on our 7 day return and he call his bosses and they basically said he was screwed he was not prepared I will be taking my issue all the way up

Brad was fantastic! He was able to work his magic and get my phone to somehow start working again. Saving me hundreds of dollars. Very professional and truly cared about making sure I was a happy customer before I left.Had been here previously with my daughter and had a different sales associate, and he was great too. Though I can not remember his name. This place is great with solving problems and just handling everyday things! Thanks guys!! I appreciate you more than I could ever put into words.

I must admit, the customer service in this store was FAR better than any customer service we have received at the high ridge store.Granted the deals from cricket for long time customers, suck. But the actual customer service here was good. The store is also clean and maintained.Just the parent company needs to make sensible adjustments for loyal customers.

I had some difficulties with my SIM card and making calls, and Josh and Matt both went above and beyond to help me! Speedily, they accessed my SIM card and activated the new one, allowing me to make calls. Super helpful and friendly!!

I've been with cricket for 3½-4 Years now and it was the best move I've made yet. Dominick helped me get a phone and it literally only took 10mins to set and back up all my stuff out the door within 20mins it was so great! Matt the Manager has helped me several times with questions and phone's I'm so glad the Arnold location has the best Employee's&Manager ask for Matt or Dominick every time. Thank you guys again!

Finally got rid of my "semi-dinosaur" phone ? Was very glad Dominick was working that day. He was so helpful and took care of everything very fast. Yeah, you can probably get a cheaper plan elsewhere but I've had nothing but great service with Cricket. Thanks again, Dominick. ?

Cricket is okay but if you don't watch yourself they're going to try to jack up your bill my bill is at $60 I get HBO for free but no you really pay for that I have to go there in person to deal with that situation they will not deal with it over the phone I'm looking for a new carrier right now
