I hate the arnold location. They take forever and they're rude. Some days they say that they're open and when i go up there they're closed. like wtf. I went up there last week to deposit some cash and it was like 1 o'clock on a weekday and they said they were closed when they don't close till 5. very disappointing

Not pleased with how a situation was handled. I found out for a year I was being charged transfer fees. It has added up to $452 dollar's worth, fair to charge fees but what isn't fair is that when opening my savings I was never informed. As well as when the fees are taken out it is labeled as Check #. It is very deceiving how they're making it known to their customers. When asking how its fair to charge fees when a customer wasn’t aware the blame was placed on me which isn't right as a business. I hope they have learned from this and it doesn't repeat it another customer. I have now since left and changed my bank.

Not enough good things can be said about Amanda. She made my loan process extremely easy and was excited to answer all of my questions. She went above and beyond helping me get my online banking up and running. She even inquired about my credit card points and helped me with that for a cherry on top! 10/10 would recommend Amanda!

Horrible. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Go in and have to wait 2-3 hours. The representative with the “bangs” says she will call me so I don’t have to wait and I never get a call

This has to be the slowest bank I've ever been to. Make sure you dedicate atleast a hour here to cash a single check. Takes about 25 minutes for these sad lazy workers to get one car through the drive through

Although both counter personnel were polite I find it to be absurd that they try to charge you a non member $8 check cashing fee when it's their banks check. I came into your establishment with a unsigned check still attached to the paperwork so that I could cash it. If it was a third party check I would completely understand but these are your companies funds. Ridiculous.

I have been banking here for years. I have never had a bad experience. Always friendly and helpful. They make you feel like an individual and not just an account number. I would recommend them to anybody.

Commerce Bank is like your "hometown bank". Always glad to see you and pleasant to visit. Even during shutdown in a line at the drive thru...exemplary service and FRIENDly staff. Yes, I wrote FRIEND in capitals on purpose!

Commerce Bank, Arnold, has been serving me since the 1980's. They have always been friendly, patient, and professional. When I've had problems, they were there to help. I hate using ANY drive through (except food)...and with the "shut-down," the Commerce drive through was not good at all. I started going in the afternoon and there were less cars. Many times, the world makes us wait.

This place is always terrible 100% of the time. They couldn't figure out how to exchange a cashiers check for cash same day, then puts my account on hold and takes a large sum of money out of my account and holds it for 4 days, then tell me I spent all of the money that was taken from my account by them. 10 minutes later and many math equations later to explain how it makes zero sense, they figure out their wrong!! These people couldn't turn a door knob without instructions. Go to the S. Lindbergh branch to avoid issues
