Went for the first time on August 12th showed Cherie a picture of what I wanted and she did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend anyone wanting a great cut or style to go here. Did I mention the price is reasonable. Will definitely be going back.Service: Haircut

Today was my First time going there. Will definitely be back. I had Allison for a cut, color, and highlight and she was great. I couldn’t be happier with the way my hair turned out.

The FIRST time I went in there on Saturday March 6,2021 I got a lady named Allison. I came in and sat down at her station. I told her my desire length and hair color. The first thing she did was pull my hair to the BACK of my head and started chopping my hair. She said she is just going to take some length off so i didn't have to pay for all that dye if I was just going to cut it any way. I thought this was reasonable but I had no idea how short my hair was at this point. (First red flag)Then she started to bleach my hair. She started bleaching from the my SCALP to the ends. (Second red flag)After the bleach was set she washed it out 2-3 times. When we got back to her station she imminently started dyeing my hair WHILE IT WAS WET! (Your hair is the most fragile while wet so applying dye to wet hair is extremely damaging. Unless you use less dye but that was not the case in this scenario) (Third red flag)She put me under a hair dryer to let the color set. Then washed it out when it was ready. When we came back over to her station she blew dry my hair because she liked to cut hair dry (which I thought it was easier to cut wet but I didn't go to beauty school) Again she was cutting my hair in the back and not pulling it to the front to see if it was even or to check in with me to see if thats what I wanted. (Forth red flag)When she was done chopping off my hair she finally turned me around to the mirror and pulled my hair to the front. She realized she forgot to dye a small piece of hair on my RIGHT side then fixed it. I was mad at how much hair she had taken off but and when I told her that she said "Well there's nothing I can do about that." (Fifth red flag)Before I left I asked her to clean my forehead since there was a lot of dye still on it. (I shouldn't have to ask).When I got home I realized on my LEFT side of my hair she missed a section and at the top of my head as well just a lot of splotches all over, but by this time they had already closed until Tuesday. So I called Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday March 11,2021. This time I was greeted by Cherie (manager) and she was super nice and understanding. I ended up getting my hair fixed (which she put in sections to dye my hair) and it was just an overall completely different experience than the first time. When everything was finished Cherie gave me my hair cut money back from Saturday, 2 sample bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and she gave me a free pass to fix my hair when it grows out. So I give 3 stars because1. I can't give 2.5 stars2. I shouldn't have to come back in to get my hair fixed after paying 150 something3. Cherie was really helpful and a nice ladySo will I be going back? Maybe if I can get Cherie

Never fails to get it right even when I dyed it pink. She's very good. Color is her specialty. Love this girl!

They stylist there are so so sweet and welcoming. I usually have all three of my children with me when I come and they have always made me feel welcomed even with 3 tiny ones in toe! They take their time to make sure you get the cut you're looking for. Allison ALWAYS works with me when it comes to getting my 2 year olds hair the right cut and evenness I'm looking for and she is very patient with my husband when he cant decide the length of his cuts lol. It is also a very clean salon which is so important when it comed to this sort of thing
