Charlie was great and very helpful. He really knows his stuff. You can tell he has lots of experience. He seems to know many of the lenders for years and knows who will and who won't lend in special circumstances, and he was such a nice person. And the autos there are beautiful. Very nice. Definitely a small business Greg E and I will visit again next time the need arises.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this situation. I bought a car from Charlie's about 4 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle since 31 days after my purchase. The car drove fine and on the 31st day, 1 day after my "warranty" was up, my first problem started. I called Charlie immediately and never heard back from him. I was hoping he could point me in the direction where to get it fixed but I didn't get a call back. I've had 3 $300+ problems with the car and found out the 3rd month of having the car the head gasket is blown and there was a small leak that caused it, that's probably been there for quite some time even though I checked my fluids frequently. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from Charlie's!

I bought my 2003 explorer from Charlie a year and a half ago, paid cash, Charlie was vary up front and honest with me and let me know all issues with the vehicle. And it has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. I'm in the market for another car and Charlies will be my first stop.

purchased a vehicle here that we still have to make payments on and it's not what we were told it was. It's completely falling apart now that we've driven off the lot (seemed sound when husband test drove it) and Charlie is stating that "that's just not his problem". not even safe to drive out children in, not at all what he claimed it to be.

I recently bought my first car from Charlie’s and received nothing but 5 star service throughout the whole process . When considering the car he was very responsive and helpful. Then once I knew it was the right one he had all the paperwork organized and ready to go. Even after the purchase, he still assisted me and gave me advice on a very minor issue I had with the vehicle. Whenever I am back in the market for a new car, this will be the first place I come to. We bought a car from Charlie’s for our teenage son. Charlie was so wonderful to deal with. He had everything ready when we went to sign all the paperwork.
Charlie’s sells vehicles fast so we luckily caught the right vehicle at the right time for our son.
We highly recommend Charlie’s. When we need another nice used vehicle we will for sure look at what Charlie has to offer.
