I had such high expectations for this salon and was terribly disappointed after my experience! I spent over $300 and my hair looks worse than when I went in. The stylist wouldn’t know it because he sent me home with wet hair because he didn’t have time to blow it dry. The color was supposed to be a sunny blonde and I ended up with very orange tones and still an inch or two of dark roots showing. I called to speak with the manager and was told she was busy and to try a toner on my hair. Overpriced and unconcerned with a clients happiness has led me to leave this review. Other stylists here may be better than the one I had but I won’t be going back to this salon.

My daughters and I love this place! First off Klara is simply amazing at styling, cutting, and interacting with the children and parents. You can tell she really loves what she does and she’s just the sweetest!
She makes us feel very comfortable, and she’s always so friendly and outgoing! Our daughters are ages 4 and 8. She’s been cutting our 8 year old hair for some time now, but she just gave our 4 year old her very first hair cut ever and she made it such an enjoyable experience for her! Thank you Klara!
The atmosphere is a HUGE bonus also. We love how aesthetically pleasing this salon is. It’s just beautiful! It’s all around a wonderful place! Highly recommend!

I love Celeslie’s and Dan has been doing my hair for the last two years. Our first appointment, he took me red and I haven’t looked back! Last month he transformed my hair again. I’m in love with my new hair and have gotten endless compliments on it! I highly recommend the salon and seeing Dan!

Dan is the most amazing hair stylist/professional/human there is! I hadn’t colored my hair in about 7 years and I was pretty nervous to make a big change, but he made me feel so so so comfortable and supported every step of the way- from consultation to styling! I would not trust anyone else to do my hair. He is the simply the best!

This salon is amazing!! I came to Dan with an open mind on how to enhance my hair in preparation for my wedding this year, and he knocked it out of the park!! He took the time to talk to me about all of my options and gave suggestions when I really didn't know what I wanted. He took his time to make my feel comfortable and to make sure my hair was perfect! I appreciate all of his guidance and the extra time he took to make my hair look incredible! Cannot recommend Dan enough!

I love Celeslie’s Salon and Spa! Coming in as a first timer, the atmosphere was amazing and everyone was so sweet! I have to give a huge shoutout to my hair stylist Dan, he made the experience wonderful. He listened and gave suggestions to what would help my hair become healthier and gave the best advice. Since I’ve been to him my hair has never been healthier and I get compliments on it 24/7. If you are looking for an amazing hairstylist that cares I recommend going to Dan! He has such a bright future ahead of him, thank you Dan!

Celeslie’s is great! I’ve had my hair done by multiple stylists over the years and am currently seeing Dan, he’s great! The esthetician at Celeslie’s is also amazing! Brittany has done an excellent job of helping me reverse the sun damage on my face and neck with monthly peels and facials. She listens to you and is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend seeing her for all your skin care needs!

Brittany is the absolute best aesthetician. I am working to fix discoloration/Melasma. She is an expert at helping me achieve my goals. This has been a great experience and I am looking forward to future treatments.

Tried calling when they opened. Phone just rang. Called back to reschedule a chemical peel with Brittany due to having to pickup my daughter from school. They wanted a $50 deposit to reschedule because I didn't give 24 hour notice. Well they just cost her 2 customers, me and my daughter.

while I absolutely love my stylist the service of the front desk has been lacking lately, I made an appointment 5 weeks ago, at my last appointment as I always do, when I never received the text message confirmation I called to confirm, no appointment for me on the books, all I can say is I'm glad I called as I live about 40 minutes away, I planned my whole day around this appointment now I have to change everything, glad my schedule is flexible....

RUN! My husband bought me a $400 gift certificate in December 2021, thinking he did a great thing. My poor husband! It's been a nightmare trying to use this stupid gc!!! First, they don't have all of the services listed on their website due to "staffing issues". My husband purchased this card because of the billboard he saw and checked the website and saw the awesome looking packages available, but to no avail. I had a plan for how to use it and called over the course of 2022 to schedule multiple times; each time, they either did not have nail services, facials, or massages (even though all was listed on their website the entire time) and suggested that I either keep waiting, or instead spend it on products !!! or color my hair (which requires upkeep - hello, bait, and switch) and would not give me my money back instead. I opted for a haircut, and that used $50 of it. The salon looks nice in some areas, and in others looks very haphazard, unprofessional, and not pleasant. Dusty surfaces, spa area walls missing pieces of trim, very splotchy paint... They have an entire coffee bar area that looks like it would be an awesome addition to the business and is advertised, but both times I've been in there, it has not been up and running. Btw- don't count on the prices on the website. They're not very clear, and you don't get what you pay for. I finally was able to schedule a stress fix package and upon being taken back was not offered a beverage (advertised), and received a bundled up robe shoved in a locker that definitely smelled like it needed to be washed (gross), had torn out loops for the belt, and the belt was a different color to boot. Great massage and facial, but the total time was significantly shorter than it advertised on the website for the package, and they did not offer any special beverages. When I finally asked, I was told that due to "staffing issues," there are often times no workers there to do the beverages, which are advertised on the website as a perk of getting the package "deal." It may seem like a small thing, but they sold me on a 3 hour package with complimentary beverages as a perk, and I scheduled a haircut immediately following it so with all of the waiting beforehand, in between, and afterwards, I was there for almost 4 hours- good thing I brought a coffee in. The "3 hour package" services ended after 2 hours, 15 minutes. I'm assuming they figure if they're running into other appointments they'll just end yours. You couldn't pay me to return to this salon a third time. I literally gave the extra remainder of my gift certificate to the girls who did my services on top of their 20% tip just to be done with it. RUN.

When in to get my wife a giftcard, staff was very friendly and professional! Nice and clean, and my wife loves it!
