I expected a lot of headache when opening an account with them, but it's been absolutely the best banking experience I've ever had. Their customer support is fantastic, and the on-site banking staff are warm and knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond to meet your needs. Absolutely recommend! Thanks for being awesome!!!

I went to this location (drive up window) on Saturday 04/13/24. There was only one employee trying to handle customers in the drive through and walk in traffic. I sat there for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the bank teller who was busy serving customers in line. The lady next to me in the commercial lane was there even before I was and she said she didn’t even get a look from the teller. I had places to go so I just left. Terrible customer service at BMO Arnold. Ready to take my business elsewhere.

Not very a customer friendly experience inside this branch, but since they upgraded, the ATM is mostly working. I miss the customer service from back when it was Southwest Bank.

Boycott BMO Harris Bank. Don't just avoid them. I was written a check by BMO Harris. Couldn't get it cashed ANYWHERE. So I called the Arnold office and asked if I could have the funds transfered into an existing checking account. I was told I would need to bring them the physical check. Pictures of the front and back along with 2 id's wouldn't be acceptable. They are an hour from me, so I took off work and went there. After 10 minutes of fumbling around on their computers the teller I was at finally called one of the 2 numbers ON THE CHECK to verify it. She only needed my name and was able to tell him the exact amount and that he could cash it. 5 minutes later the lady next to him asked him to look at some notes in it and said she didn't think they could cash it. So he called again. She AGAIN told him yes he could. The lady teller thought I would need to open an account, deposit the check into that account and wait 10 days to verify... For a check they wrote. This has got to be a joke. I was at minimum going to lose 2 hours of work. Now add another 30 to 40 minutes because they couldn't understand how to cash a check...that they wrote. The check was from sold shares and was written directly by BMO Harris. Couldn't be cashed. Even by BMO Harris almost.Update: I was called by the manager who left a short condescending voicemail asking for me to call back. This resulted in her telling me that the month it took the check to get to me wasn't their fault. It was another branch that wrote the check so not her concern and that my words were not accurate because they did get the check cashed ultimately and the money I lost that equal 100's was not something they could do anything about. The added time after having verified the check and being told to cash it they spent knowing I was alreadyMissing hours of work meant nothing. She then told me that they had to fight fraud very diligently and take every precaution since not knowing if there are actual funds in place to cover the amount of if the institution is truly writing a check. I told her it was written by bmo Harris and she told me it wasn't written by BMO Harris but was written by a different bank and BMO Harris was backing it. I then told her the only reason I was at a BMO Harris bank at all was because they actually wrote the check. Again she said it wasn't her branch and I should take down the review because I said some mean things.BOYCOTT BMO HARRIS!!!This can't be real? I promise all of you reading this every word is true.

This branch has tremendous service! Chris and Ruth were very helpful in helping me set up the right accounts for my needs. I'm really happy with their personal assistance and the online support I've received through the digital banking portal.Ignore past reviewers. They've had to occasionally close in the height of Covid as many businesses have.

I have been banking with them for about 6 months now and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The ATM is always broken and there is never more than 1 person working so the lines to make a deposit or withdrawal are insane. If I'd have known this I never would have switched banks.
