“excellent service i was having trouble starting my truck for months had the battery and the alternator checked at several places many times they all said my battery and alternator were good so i had to jump my truck almost every time just needed a little more power so the jump instantly worked every time. so the gal at O'Reillys hooked it up and checked my battery and alternator and did more thorough check and said the battery and alternator are both good but the cold cranking amps were a little low and that will make it not have enough amps to start
she gave me a new battery and i never had another problem again starting my truck after all those months of grief it was finally fixed”
“Amazing staff. Had issues with a part from another auto part store and explained the situation to the employee. Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location.”

I really wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me specifically, but for the life of me, it is just not coming to mind even though I specifically said it out loud so that I would remember it. I went in this afternoon to ask about changing a front light in my corolla. He was able to look up the specific light I needed for my car and after paying, he walked out with me and switched it out for me. THANK YOU! I really appreciate how quick and helpful he was and I know that if I ever need other auto part stuff, I can visit this location since it is so close to my house.”
“Friday Feb 2nd 6pm - Super helpful, my daughter bought a headlight here for her 2014 Kia Optima. Someone put it in here previously Jan 30 2024, and it didn't work. We brought it back in on Friday the 2nd at 6pm ish with the receipt, and I don't remember the guy's name, but he fixed it after several tries ? And we are super grateful. We will always come back to this store for our business.”

“I love this store! In addition to having practically every battery known the man, they also have a very large selection of hard to find appliance bulbs. The service is to be commended as well because someone is always knowledgeable and helpful when I cannot locate what I need. They also replace batteries after they've located the right one! The cherry on top is they often have fun little gadgets that I cannot resist like keyring flashlights.”

“Battery Specialists with great customer service and great prices. I needed a battery for my Chevy Cruz and talked to Zach on the phone. He was very knowledgeable. This place is the real deal. They even do batteries for semi trucks and forklifts. I said all that to say, why take your car to an auto parts store where the tech may have little experience? Why take your car to a place where you have to wait behind vehicles getting lengthy repairs. I searched a while online and read the many great reviews and am happy to add another. Ellis Battery has a whole crew of dedicated pros.”
