“I HAD RATED AS A 1 STAR ⭐️?... NOW 5 STARS... thanks Shane for the quick response. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an issue which you can see below.After this poor review i was contacted by a representative Shane. He asked about my issue and about the unfortunate issue I encountered with my poor customer service during my initial phone conversation. He said he would look into this issue but please allow time for him to research. I was so appreciative of his service and level of concern. That IS customer service. He called me back less than 24 hours later. Shane found that i had indeed paid off my loan and somewhere it had just stopped being processed. Shane said he moved it through the system quickly. My county clerk should have received notification today and they are also mailing me a copy of the paid off loan. Not everything always works smoothly but customer service should always be first and foremost. Thank you Shane and Arsenal Credit Union for using this as an example for training. I look forward to receiving my updated documents next week.Had a home equity loan. Paid it off 2 months ago. Still have not processed it to clear it. I called and all I got was that she will send an email to remind them. What kind of service is that?”

“I receive excellent service from this branch. Thank you for all you do. But calling the customer service line is horrific. I've been the 58th call in line with an estimated wait of one hour. Asking for callback, we'll they never call back. Guess it's my fault because literally every time I call whatever time of the day it is, I'm calling during heave call volume time lol”

“Not enough good things can be said about Amanda. She made my loan process extremely easy and was excited to answer all of my questions. She went above and beyond helping me get my online banking up and running. She even inquired about my credit card points and helped me with that for a cherry on top! 10/10 would recommend Amanda!”

“I don't really understand why there are such bad reviews with this branch. I refinanced two loans with them and it was a fast and easy process. Sounds like customer service is an issue with this branch, but I have been dealing with Melissa and she's great! I encourage everyone to speak with Melissa for their needs. “Always a great service oriented staff regardless of the branch! Have used PNC for non-profit, personal, mortgage, checking and money market. Rates on savings, like other banks, are low and horrible, but the staff is creative to solve problems when I've needed to move money fast. In recent years, they've instituted more and more fees, but PNC has great fee free programs for credit worthy customers. Been with them for years, National City and Allegent before PNC, different branches and even in different states.”

“I used to hate coming here only cuz of a certain employee that I hated dealing with every time I came here. The rest of the employees were great, but not her. But, now that she is not there anymore or that I come on days that she doesn't work there. I feel better. This is pretty much the only drive-thru US Bank in Arnold & it's on the way to the Rec. Center & other grocery stores.”

“I visited the Arnold branch needing assistance with my Grandfather's accounts. My interactions with branch manager, Codi Bishop, have always been great. She is extremely patient and I never feel rushed when I meet with her. She's responsive to email inquiries and when she was unable to get answers immediately she provided contact information for those I could follow-up with while she was out of office. Customer service from the tellers at this location has also been top notch.”
“I expected a lot of headache when opening an account with them, but it's been absolutely the best banking experience I've ever had.
