They even do batteries for semi trucks and forklifts. I said all that to say, why take your car to an auto parts store where the tech may have little experience? Why take your car to a place where you have to wait behind vehicles getting lengthy repairs. I searched a while online and read the many great reviews and am happy to add another. “10 star review all the way for the Arnold Dobbs. Jon and his workers have customer service figured out. I had an issue with steering wheel vibration. Turns out it was a bad tire, which happens. They squeezed me in and fixed the issue in a hurry while I waited. They kept me informed about the repair every step of the way. If your car is having issues or just need routine maintenance I highly recommend the Arnold Dobbs. The guys there are top notch!!!!”

They took care of us quickly with a difficult to find/change battery and did not insist that it was an alternator or starter issue like I have had other shops do. Sam (the manager) was extremely helpful.”

“i have had horrible experiences every time i have needed to buy a car until i met john , he knows cars like no other dealer out there . i dont know a good car from a bad car , but i do know if john is selling it then it has a very good chance of lasting forever . just recently bought second car for my daughter from him , never again will i car shop anywhere else . he may be the only dealer that cares about his customers from what i have seen . i know he has another job besides the dealership , so its not about making money for him . he says he finds cars to sell to help people . he is not your normal car dealer . i drove away with a cheap price on a great car .”
