Ross Binder assoc. was quite helpful, friendly and patient. He answered all my questions and solved problem I came in to address.

Just left the store and worked with a gentleman named Dan. He was outstanding at helping me with my situation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable so I would recommend that if you visit the Arnold store, ask for Dan!!!!

Brendan was extremely help full the other day with my billing and iPhone questions.
Edit: Brendan just helped me set up my internet air. App had issues but he pushed through for me! fantastic service
