Another year of glasses, another solid experience. Glen was phenomenal with helping me get glasses ordered for the whole family. Great customer service is so rare these days, but this man hit the mark. Thanks again Glen!

Went to one in SOCO and the lady spitballed a $300 price for one pair. Then went to Arnold and being the 2nd person in line and waiting better than 30 minutes I let the 5 people get back to paperwork and PTO days discussion.

Everyone from the reception desk, to the assistant doing eye tests, to the optometrist, to Cait, the young lady who placed the order for my glasses, were very professional, friendly and helpful!

I won’t go back. First they tell me they take my insurance (eye Med) but when it’s time to pay, they don’t take the eye Med I have. Ok. I end up paying out of pocket. I pay to have them shipped because I’m out of town. Took 3 weeks and I get told they are at americas best and not shipped. So I paid for nothing. I call to ask questions and I’m put on hold twice for over 20 minutes both times. I’m done. I won’t ever go back. Not worth the hassle. *update. My daughter drove to the store to pick them up and she is told first, they can’t find them and then the store shipped them out today. What? By the time they will arrive it will be 3.5 weeks of waiting. I will NEVER use this company again.

My total experience from walking in the door to leaving was nice. The Dr. was professional and very informational. Leanna, your optical tech was wonderful. She worked hard too get insurance in line, to keep my cost at a minimum. Very friendly, professional, just over all a pleasure having her to help.Total experience was a "10". I will definitely recommend friends and family. Thanks for making my day great!

America’s Best is true to its name! I cannot express how AMAZING everyone who worked there was! Dr Pizzo, Bianca, and all the other employees working were so sweet and helpful when i went to get my glasses and exam. Please go here before you go some place like Walmart! I saved more money here, had an GREAT experience.

First timer with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and blurry vision and I have to give a shout out to Lindsey, a nurse who completes my eye exam before I saw the doctor: she was nice, made me feel comfortable and demonstrated to the new girl she was training what excellent customer service looks like. In 2023 we need more people like her, and also as a company they worked with me to ensure I left happy.

The eye doctor didn't listen when I told him what I wanted for my prescription and the issues I've had in the past. I thought, this guy is a doctor, so he must know what he's doing. But now I've got two pairs of glasses that cost me hundreds of dollars that are uncomfortable to wear because the prescription is wrong

They sent me a text message Friday night that my glasses were ready. Drive 30 miles Saturday to pick them up and when I got there they couldn't find them. Said when we find them we will mail them to me. I'm not pleased to say the least. I told them I'm not leaving till you find them. Well finally she says I'm rally sorry we will have to mail them because she had like 5 boxes to go thru,mind you this is after she looked in the same damn drawer at least 6 or 7 times. For the amount of time she took to look in that damn drawer she could of been looking in the boxes! So know I have to wait for them to find them and then mail them, it already took over 2 and a half weeks to get them and know this. If by chance they don't fit another drive all the way up to Arnold gas is not free and I'm on a fixed income. Bad management!

I ordered glasses was told 10-14 days, it took 3 weeks. Went to pick up my glasses the prescription was wrong , the doctor told me at my eye exam that everything was the same no change in the prescription but when i tried on the new glasses the prescription was not correct and I could not see out of the glasses. The lady that was helping me and could have Cared less, there was also a scratch across one of the lens. I told her about that twice with no response. She told me she would leave a note for the eye doctor and they would put a rush on getting the glasses corrected. Well it is another 3 weeks still no glasses. Went I call up to the store I am put on hold and no one ever returns. I will not waste my money or time going here again. Tammy Reynolds

I think this place is great! I Went here after the one in crestwood canceled on my way there. I had my almost 4 month old with me and everyone was so nice and understanding! Leanna was my own personal stylist when it came to glasses since I had no one else to give me a second opinion which was so helpful when it came to picking out glasses. I appreciated the speed, efficiency and the great customer service this store and all their staff provided!

Came for an eye exam for contacts and they did not have the trial pair I needed in stock or a back up brand to use. I over heard them tell another customer they didn't have hers in stock either. They should have these in stock no matter the strength needed due to the fact everyone's eyes are different. Walmart always has them in stock or gives a different brand so you don't leave without. I have to wait 2 weeks after my exam for a trial pair to be tried out before I can purchase any. One contact has came in and the other has not. I had to call to follow up in regards to what's going on with the delay.. There was no curtesy call kind of disappointing. My appt was June 26th it is now July 11th and still no trial pair..

If i could give 0 stars i would. Went to get fitted for contacts week 1 - next week they werent right, Ordered an adjusted pair. Week 2 i called and they said someone forgot to push thru the order. Week 3 i called and they said just waiting on the lab, week 4 called and i got the same response last week. Week 5 called again and nothing new. Week 5 Wife went up there and the lady said someone didnt push thru the order. WTF . Week 6 nothing, week 7 nothing, week 8 the trials FINALLY CAME. Guess what, the prescription is STILL WRONG. This whole thing was just for TRIAL PAIR. I would advice against this location by any and all means necessary.
