Lost my package and didn't bother to notify us of it when calling the facility all you get is a call hub and all they can tell you is oh I'm sorry we lost your package notify whomever you got it from and either get a refund or have them reissue not happy

Use to have Problems but Now they have been much better..seems they have a new driver..I will give Credit due when it is earned...delivery of packages don't seem to be as dirty or damaged, which I GREATLY APPRECIATE:))

I have used UPS for years And have never had a problem with delivery. I know people sometimes have a bad experience with carriers at times but these people are good people and I appreciate them.
