I'm a transplant patient and have been using Alps in Anderson for a couple years. Some of my meds are special order anti rejection meds.Ollie in Springfield calls monthly to check with me. The people in Anderson are always friendly and helpful. I've been dealing with pharmacies for over 20 years on a monthly basis and Alps is by far, my favorite. They actually care about making sure I have what I need.A++++++

Alps is the best! They do such a great job and are so much faster and more personable than any big chain pharmacy we’ve tried. But what makes it so extra special is the wonderful staff! They truly care and know your family when you call. They work so hard to try and help you.We are thankful to have such a great place in our little town!

Particular staff are rude, and refuse to admit they make mistakes. You call in rxs to be refilled and when you there they still aren't filled.At least they finally have the correct phone number on the bottles now!!
