Ordering online, I filled out several pages of info including credit card number, you make much of a free delivery coupon, then, without ANY advance notice and AFTER entering card number, at the end you pop in a $20 “service fee”. It’s not the $20 that bothers me as much as the lack of disclosure saved for thatLAST screen. Bad business practice, seems deceptive. Won’t order from you.

These lady's that owm it now was rude as heck Valentine's day or not she was so RUDE NEVER will I ever give another dime . The old owners were amazing . This lady was mad cause flowers were late and while her daughter took care of us she goes out to smoke a cigarette and was ruder than rude when she came back in . NEVER AGAIN I and the flowers looked like they were trampled on ? SAD

If I could give you 0 stars I would! For buying a business that has been around for years, you need to understand the business you are dealing with! You aren’t just throwing together arrangements for your dinner table. You are dealing with a lot of emotions(grieving families, weddings, first relationship) like flowers are typically bought with a purpose. You simply do not have any care towards your customers and what they want. They are willing to pay and you are not even making the bare minimum of what is being expected. This business you have bought is no longer the family friendly shop that has been around for years and you can’t blame the community because of your mistakes!!

Do not order from this company! Ordered online via their website for valentines day. Called the day of the delivery and was told that I had ordered past the cut off time. When I asked when the cut off time was the lady said she was not going to argue times with me. I ordered in advance so that I would not run into this issue and she would not tell me when the cut off date was. Their online site did not give a cut off time or date. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Very hateful and horrible customer service!!!!

Buyers beware- New owners. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, poor quality, and way over priced. Ordered multiple arrangements for step-dad funeral. Was hung up on when called to discuss one of the arrangements received was not as ordered. Would give negative star review if possible.

I ordered flowers online and got reciept for them two days before Valentine's day. I called the day of Valentine's day to make sure they were delivered and ordered. The lady was rude and could not find the order anywhere. I gave her the order number and it was under someone else and told me if I got reciept then it's done. She said it's velentines day and didn't have time to find it. Very rude and will never use again. It was not ever made nor delivered.

Husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day, arrived half dead starting to wilt. Messaged them, she told me that’s how they arrived so that’s how she sent them out. I have that proof of a screenshot. Rude. Told me she didn’t care if I wasn’t coming back. Will not go back! Advise anyone to shop around.

Spent $200 on a large rose bouquet for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's day. Was not delivered until the next afternoon. Flowers delivered where a very small bouquet that looked horrible and wasn't even close to matching the order. Customer service was terrible.

They are very rude and do not care what the flowers look like when they are done as they are doing them with dead flowers. Their flowers look nothing like the pictures they advertise and they don’t even listen to what the customers asks for. They over charge and rip you off. Just check the Facebook page “Rants and Ravs of McDonald County” and you will see pictures of their true work and how they treat their customers.

If I could rate zero, I would. Did an online order for Valentine's Day yesterday, was told today that they shut off online orders Saturday, which is understandable. So I re-ordered them today and they said they'd get them out. Roll around to 4:00 and they haven't been delivered. I call and the lady gets super rude because I simply asked about it. "I've refunded all money and the shop is closed." Then hung up. FYI, haven't seen that refund yet. Stay away from this place.
