They have always been honest and reliable, as well as extremely affordable compared to a dealership. They recently looked at my wife's Lexus and found that there was a service bulletin issued (that the dealership had missed informing us about) and recommended that I take it back to the dealership to see if it could be fixed under warranty. The recommendation came with the knowledge that they would be missing out on the cost of doing the work themselves. To me that shows how honest they are as a business. “They absolutely know what they're doing no matter what. They take pride in what they do and rightly so. The old man will stand and talk to you for hours about anything. He's very, very knowledgeable about the most random things. It's fascinating. And for someone like me who craves knowledge that's just absolutely the best thing. I lost the pictures when I got a new phone but they had a 72 charger and a Chevelle in there in the air when I was down there last time. We dropped off an 07 King Ranch F-450 for them to work on and everything they did only cost $800 and they did a very large amount of work. They're reasonable people. They work hard and they don't overcharge for what they do. They're a family-based workshop and it's great.”
