Received notification that there was an issue with a prescription. I have been going to this location for years. When I called to resolve they were very rude and argued that my own birth date was wrong. I am taking my prescription and business elsewhere.

Bathroom is closed, you have to wait for someone to assist you. Wait ten minutes. When you go in, it's dirty and there's not a place to dispose of certain feminine products. I guess you're supposed to hold onto them. Also no hand dryer or paper towels.

Customer Service Training is needed at this Pharmacy. I have been in the field of Pharmacy for over 20 years including working in retail and have never encountered as rude a Staff that Jason employs here. The way they answer calls and speak with people who aren't there in person is Unacceptable and alarmingly rude. There is also a very noticeable way they treat black customers when they arrive. Regardless of the fact that there may be black employees also that is of bo significance to how a non coworker is treated. I'll be sure to keep records of encounters going forward. Count your days Grasso Plaza!

DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS—EVEN ONCE. I normally go to a local pharmacy, Lindenwood Drug, however I live so close to this one I decided to have antibiotics sent there for an ear/sinus infection. The worker claimed my insurance did not cover 2 of the medications, one of which I have picked up this year with my current insurance. I also heard the staff talking about “not knowing how to enter the quantity of ear drops.” It seems to me they couldn’t fill it because of operator error. I told them to cancel my scripts and I’d have them sent elsewhere. I’ve had terrible experiences with Walgreens in the past, but I thought using the pharmacy right by my house would make my life easier just this once. It did NOT. if you’re in the same boat as me — it’s better to drive to another pharmacy further away than use this one! You might not even get your meds!

Can’t get anybody on the phone in less than 20 minutes. When someone finally comes to the phone they are rude and act like you’re bothering them.

Not sure why they would let a Down syndrome person attend the front register but the guy was so rude to every1 in line this store needs to shut down over this it was bad let me tell u!

Genuinely the worst pharmacy in the area. They’ve been sitting on my scripts for four days now and still don’t have them filled. I told them I am out at this point and the girl at the window basically said it would be more work to give me the pills I need so I should just come back later. Always someone rude working the counter or phone, even though they’re the ones that consistently mess up. I’m out of medicine and switching pharmacies after I submit this review.

s pharmacy-I was at the counter for 4 minutes with 6 people behind the counter. no one said "hello" or "we will right with you" or anything. just ignored. I had finally asked if someone could help me. I go here because it is close to work. am actively looking for an alternate pharmacy with friendlier staff.
