“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”
“We worked with Rowland Collision after an accident. During the process the office staff was amazing with keeping us up to date, informed on the process, and always answered every question we had. They offered advice on how to handle things since this was the first accident we have ever had. They gave us much needed relief in a very stressful time!Sadly our car was totalled so we can't comment on the quality of work. Given the quality of the office staff we have no doubt the shop staff are just as good.”

“Had a stripped oil plug from a corporate mechanic shop chain from previous oil change. Other shops tried telling me they wouldn’t mess with it and tried to charge me $799 for new oil plan. “The tow truck driver was quick to arrive and got me hooked up in a decent amount of time. He even triple checked everything to make sure nothing was going to accidentally get left behind. Though I’m not entirely sure why he disconnected the drive shaft because the brakes worked fine. All he would have had to do was release them. But I’m not a tow truck driver so I don’t know. I just know that the service was great.”

My first experience was with normal services on the 2008 Santa Fe, they didn't up sell me and work was completed in timely manner.The second and third time working with them was when my catalytic converter was stolen from my car, 2 times in less than 3 months. “This place epitomizes service, customer satisfaction, and professionalism! My car was in a “dilly of a pickle”. That’s the only way I know how to describe it. Other towing companies came out, looked at it, and told me either they couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg! Daniel and Skip from Hartmann Towing took care of me in no time. What I really loved about the experience was the knowledge level and resourcefulness of the employees. Daniel looked at my car and knew the equipment he had would not get the job done.
