Took 3 times longer to show up. Didn’t know how to load my truck on the trailer. Jack slipped and dented my door and charged $100 more than quoted. Good luck if you use this service.

Their drivers are absolutely irresponsible and do not pay attention to the roadway. I had a driver pull out of their road and almost slam into my brand new car. Then he proceeded to tailgate me as if I did something wrong. I had the right of way… I called the business and the person I talked did not care about what just happened… I love my local businesses but this one will never be used by me.

Was assigned this provider by Progressive Roadside Assistance. After initially being told it would be up to a 2 hour wait, the driver did not come for 6 hours. This was after calling Squires several times directly and confirming that I could leave my keys in the vehicle because I needed to take a work meeting. They came and left without the vehicle. I immediately called when I saw them leave and was told that they had completed the tow. I called Progressive who had me hold while they called squires. They hung up on Progressive and would not answer any further calls. They are not to be trusted, do not use.

I have a hard time having confidence in the sincerity of most shops work. Squires has performed above and beyond what I could have hoped for and got me back in the road. I highly recommend and will take all of my business here.

Blew a tire on side of highway on a Sunday, eta was about 40 minutes and they were there just over that time. Driver was awesome got it up quickly gave me a ride to the tire store got it down quickly and took payment over the phone and made sure i was good and got it all done. Very safe with getting it on the truck on the highway shoulder.

Charles with Squires answered my AAA call for help and safely delivered me and my little pup to our destination. He was quick to arrive, load, and unload, and was super friendly and compassionate in what could have been a very stressful situation. Truly appreciated it!

Squires has helped me a lot with friendly service. I have used them for locking my keys in my car, towing multiple times, even with my lowered vehicles they took time to make sure the car was safely loaded and hauled. Would highly recommend!Services: Car lockouts

Solid group guys. Came and towed my truck after having some issues broke down. They got my truck, were very honest with me, got me back on the road, and did it all at a reasonable price. Will definitely be calling them again next time I need a tow.Service: Car towing

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!! THEY ARE QUICK, EFFECIENT, AND GREAT RESPONDING! MY TRUCK WENT DOWN BUT THEY SHOWED UP GOT THE TRUCK TO DOBBS AND I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING!! WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOUDL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
