I love this store!! They always have something nice to update your wardrobe, and they are very helpful!! Linda has a wonderful sense of style and always helps me stay up to date with the latest fashion.

Mrs. Linda is the absolute best!! The Better Half is my favorite boutique to shop at, period. Chidren’s clothes, women’s clothes and shoes, gifts. If you need it, this is the place for you.

This shop is located very conveniently just off the Blues Hwy between Baton Rouge & Natchez. Yelp map tried to take us about two miles past where the business is actually located. I tried to update the map, but the correction didn't seem to take...possibly due to the location? Then phone battery went into low-power mode so that was the end of that. We did let the owner know about the issue, and supposedly Google & Apple Maps have given her the runaround when she tried to have it corrected. Cute shop with a good selection of gift type offerings, plus a boutique selection of clothing. I was most impressed with the shoe selection. They seemed to have a small selection of comfy looking shoes for every occasion and price point. I was kinda' hangry the day we stopped, and we were literally the only people in the shop. One of the employees and the store owner asked me twice in a row if I needed help with anything...and I was a lil' sassy the second time in letting them know that I was simply browsing to see their offerings. Owner immediately apologized and did the "Are you from Natchez?" fake southern hospitality thing that southerners who don't know how to speak to you like a human do. You know...that one thing that I post about on a regular basis that annoys me so much, that makes me generally walk-out? Yeah...that thing. Weird thing is, she would have zero way of knowing we were actually from Natchez because we had offered her zero personal information & I hadn't purchased anything. STRANGE right? Anyway, I ended up not purchasing a sweater and pair of shoes I liked. Went to get some grub at a nearby cafe instead.
