Suzanne thanks for listening about my son. Dr. Doran thanks for sending the MRI referral. Oh wait I'm still waiting since May. This place is hit or miss. Truly depends on what is going on with their personal life or if they know you to care about anything.

Update: the "walk in" clinic that starts at 5pm, only sees a few patients, then it's full for the night.If I had been told that availability was limited, I would have been there at 5pm. But all they said was starts at 5... I drove down there for nothing. And, if I had wanted to schedule an apt for tomorrow, I would have already done that during normal business hours.I love my Dr and her nurse there, but phone staff is sketchy.

Friendly people there and a clean building. Also has public restroom for there patience. Really nice DRS

Had to visit during the urgent care hours but all in all they were on point and precise. Was way quicker than I thought. Theyre always a welcoming atmosphere here, always have been.

Staff is super nice. But getting results from lab work has been difficult. No one calls and when I call, I leave a message for the nurse but have yet to receive a call back. We'll be stopping by to see if we can get them.

Dr. Doran is a great Dr. He actually hears you and listens too you. He takes notes and checks up on you when you come into your next visit. I can tell he cares for his patients and isnt just about the money. Nice to finally find a doctor who doesnt just listen but takes action!

I have had a great experience with this clinic the wait times are short the staff is friendly and helpful. Mrs. Diaz as well as her nurse Veronica I found to be caring and knowledgeable. The care that I and my adult disabled son have received has been exceptional. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Someone that is dear to me has missed out on 2 opportunities to get treated for a disease that could kill her twice because they didn’t send the results to the proper doctor. This is pitiful and they should be sued for malpractice

Crystal Stafford NP is absolutely wonderful. She really listens to you..... not like the ones that pretend too. She does test of what is needed... not test not needed. She is really sweet. I cried in her office and she came in and held my hands.. talk to me.. until I calmed down. How may doctor's or NP,s do that? Not many! I see negative reviews. One saying they only care for cash patience.... so untrue. My boyfriend doesn't have a pot to piss in and they treat him really good.. I won't say anymore..Carolyn A Hobbs

I'm very disappointed with this clinic. This is the 2nd time I have tried to be seen to get my inhaler refilled. This time, my asthma has been flared up for two days and has not improved. I had just gotten into town last night. I have used this clinic since I was a toddler. They had previously told me that I would need to be seen to get a refill for my inhaler and the inhalant for my nebulizer which is completely understandable. However, I told them that my asthma has been flaring up and that I needed to get a refill of my medication. I was told that they would not be able to see me and that they could schedule me Monday even though I told them I would be heading back to Oxford on Sunday. I only had 1 dose left to get me through the holidays/weekend. I have always seen where they welcome walk-ins, but apparently that is untrue. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service. I gave them 2 stars because they do have friendly staff.
