1/17/24 Very disappointed. I went to the store at 6:30pm and was denied hay by Chloe and Parker due to them already locking the trailer. I come weekly around the same time if not closer to close and never had a problem. I drove 30 minutes one way to be told no although it was an hour and a half before close and they had a trailer full.1/18/24 Before going to the store I called at 5:40pm to see if they locked the trailer yet, they did. I proceeded to tell them who I was and that corporate was contacted that morning. Parker then told me He can go back and set some out of the trailer (in the rain) if we can come pick it up asap. We went to Gulfport instead and had 10/10 customer service and will not be back to Wiggins.

Love this store! Staff always very helpful and courteous! They generally keep most items I need stocked. They also price match as promised by the mother company! It's always a pleasure to shop this store!

This store has the worst customer service. I made a return and the cashier (Chloe) gave me a gift card and a receipt for the return showing the gift card balance of $194.00. The next day I went to a different store tried to use my gift card and was told that the gift card had not been activated. Later that day I called customer solutions and explained what happened and emailed them pics of the return receipt because they weren’t able to pull the receipt up. They told me it had to be handled in the same store and said they would email the Wiggins store backing us up so that when we arrived they would correct their mistake and give me another gift card. After driving an hour out of my way back to the Wiggins store once my wife and I arrived we explained the situation to the store manager on duty (Robin) showed her the return receipt, gift card and the email I received from customer solutions and kindly asked for her help to resolve the problem and told her she have an email from customer solutions about it. Robin went to the back to check her email. 15 minutes later she came back told us she had no email and told us she couldn’t do anything about it. She refused to look at the return receipt, wouldn’t look it up on the computer and she said she had no way to prove I hadn’t already used the gift card it if she had took a minute to look it up she would have seen it was never activated. She treated me like I had done something wrong and refused to help in any way so i told her if she wasn’t going to put the $194.00 on the gift card then I wanted the item I returned back she told me I wasn’t getting the item or a gift card back so I left called customer solutions back they apologized for how I was treated and said they would fix the problem. The cashier (Chloe) the manager on duty (Megan) gave us an activated gift card and the other manager (Robin) refused to help me so I think all of them have some kind of scam going on ripping people off and stealing money. I’ve never had any problems at any other store.

Today was the last straw with this location. I'll be doing my pickups at the Gulfport store from now on. I order and do a pickup every week. There are only about 2 employees that don't act annoyed. The older lady is particularly testy and once told me I needed to just have it delivered. Waited for 30 minutes today before finally going in and getting it myself. They weren't busy and there wasn't anyone else there waiting for pickup. I was clearly being taught a lesson and I'm a quick learner. This store doesn't want my business

I always have a good experiance with everyone and everything each time I come in here besides the older lady. She seems very frazzled and like she cannot handle working with customers or multitasking and she is very very rude. Everybody else is warm and welcoming and does a great job! I'm to the point of when she is working to just walk out and visit the local feed store. I make several trips here a week since I have 50 animals so I've encountered her quite a few times.

The lady at the register Monday needs better customer service!! And she doesn't need the dang ear peice in... She can not properly function! She blamed the ear piece.. I told her to take the dang thing out and please check me out.. she was rude!! Very unprofessional.. And acted like I was lying about the price of a incubator. Which I knew was the price. She said well it's ringing up this.. I said well you need to get someone because I knew the price. It was on sale.. She just stared at me rolling her eyes as she contacted someone through her ear piece. After realizing I was correct she got rude with me telling me ohh I'm sorry I was short with you I have all these people talking in my ear. I said lady you can't barely function without that ear pice. Please take it out. Long story short please have someone with better customer service at your register.wasnt long after** she's still checking me out she calls for backup!! There was only one person behind me! She acted like checking me out was so stressful!! So this made my first experience at the Wiggins location very very unpleasant. I look forward to coming again. I just hope you get better cashier's that aren't as wishy-washy as this lady!! To the guy on the phone Sunday thank you for helping me with knowing yall had a item in stock and how far you was from me! You was very helpful and I thank you for that!!

Seriously, y'all, this is the best TSC in Mississippi. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have a good selection of merchandise, and they are always happy to answer questions. Managers are always available to help you. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask any staff member. Not every TSC can stock everything all the time, but they will be more than happy to help you order what you need. Nice small town folks willing to help.
