I have good experiences with the people at pearl river valley. But there was a period of time for a year or so that our power would just go out randomly and be out for hours. No bad weather.. no wind.. nothing like that just OUT. Other than dealing with either dying from the heat or freezing to death because of no heat we made it and sometimes it pays to have friendly people to deal with if you are having issues..

Every few months there is an outage in stone county and each time it is for several hours. This is ridiculous. Why is it that other power companies dont have this problem. Very hard to get ready for work in mornings with no power for 3 or 4 hours. No ac and no heat either. Something needs to be done to serve your customers better.

We are in Newberry Florida and were on of the areas severely affected by Hurricane Irma. One of your crews was assigned to our area for power restoration. After restoring our area one individual off the feeder line who was missed-the husband followed the crew to their next stop and explained his power was left off. Your crew foreman said give us 30 minutes and we will be back. Just as promised they came back and got the power back up. We had been without power for 8 days so from a retired linemans wife-thank you!!! Your crews Rock!
