The gentlemen at CarQuest are EXTREMELY kind and helpful. On our road trip from the coast to the pine belt, my brother and I heard there was a really loud squeaking and rattling noise in the front driver-side tire. After pulling into this repair shop, we told them our situation and although there was a wait of over 15 people ahead of us, they understood the urgency and that we were not from the area jumped out from behind the desk, and came to check out the noise. One hour before they closed, they pulled my car into the shop, jacked it up, took off the tire, and removed the rock that was causing the disturbance. They easily could have charged me hundreds of dollars to replace falsely "something with my brakes", but instead denied the cash I offered them for taking out the tire and removing the rock. As a young woman, traveling can be extremely stressful when you encounter car issues, but the staff made me feel comfortable and helped me get back on the road right away. Thank you!!

Brought a 98 ranger there to be checked out. Ask him to put it on machine to find out problem because I could swap parts out myself. When I called a month later the bill was a thousand dollars an wasn’t running. They swapped out several parts on it, with no luck. Said it had low compression and needed to be rebuilt, but They had a mechanic that was willing to buy it. After getting it home the spark plugs were left out and the fuel shutoff sensor was unplugged. And all it needed was a timing belt. Don’t waste your money.

Warning!!!! Do not! Repeat- Do not let your worst enemy take their auto to this rip off place!!! My little boy just bought his first truck (used) and it started missing real bad.( a ford) He took it to this place and they said they fixed it! They changed the spark plugs and a $30 distributor! $400 is what they charged my son! This was something he and I could have done ourselves but it broke down up there in Wiggins so he tried to find someone there. But the thing that chaps my butt is; he got less than 10 miles down the road and it started missing again! He turned around and took it back and my son said the manager told him there is nothing they can do for him!! No money back or anything!!! They robbed my son!!!! I'm thinking of taking them to small clams court but seeing that there is no justice in this country anymore it would probably be a waste of more $$ ! Just don't go there!!!
