My wife and I had a flat tire north of West Point and rolled up at 4:40 pm on a Tuesday in route to beach. The nice lady at front was so pleasant and never hesitated to help us even so close to closing . We had a new tire on and back on road just a little after 5 pm. She turned a bad start to a trip into an absolute awesome customer service experience.It’s amazing what a smile and good attitude can do to make a bad situation into a good one for a customer. I highly recommend George’s Tire in West Point .Service: Tires

A new part was taken off by a misunderstanding and rudely the MANAGER use profanity Towards customers horrible customer service when we use profanity over a small issues then lied about the problem in front of secretary face then switched around and apologized for the action?! Then says I charged you for taken it off?! Charge for taken off a new part.?? My point don’t take your SUV there services was horrible and not acceptable poor Mechanics to can’t tell From a NEW car part from OLD!?Services: Tires
