They not only assessed my car’s issue but also had it fixed IN LESS THAN TWO DAYS — and I needed MY ENTIRE RADIATOR REPLACED. Not only was it reasonably priced and done quickly, but with HOSPITALITY AND SMILES TO TOP IT ALL OFF??? Literally soothed all my fears. Absolute Godsends.God bless everyone at Gene’s. Gonna name my firstborn Gene in their honor.

They were super awesome. My daughter and 3 grandkids were stranded with a busted thermostat housing. His wife picked her and the kids up in her car, wrecker pulled my daughters car and they had her fixed and running in less than 2 hours! So very thankful for them.

I am forever thankful for this wonderful shop!!! They are such wonderful people! If you need a hint that the good Lord is real, visit them!! Thank y’all so much for helping me and my 3 children as I was stranded 4 hours away from my destination. I would just like to say that I have taken several different vehicles to Gene's service center over the years, and I have ALWAYS received very satisfactory service. Additionally, everyone there, (especially Billy) has always been very polite and helpful. I also know of at least one other person (my brother-in-law) whom has had very good luck with these guys! Again, they have always done us right, and I would recommend them to my friends / family in a heartbeat! I'm not sure why the other reviewer may have had problems with Gene's, but I know this from being in business myself...You can't make everyone happy!

Don't take it there!!! I brought in my vehicle, and at first they were very polite. But that quickly changed when the issue was on their hands. They did not take responsibility for causing a 4k mistake, the owner's son-in-law Billy informed me he didn't know how to fix it and didn't even bother spending more than an hour trying to figure out how he could fix it. The owner had the never to tell me "The mistake was we took your vehicle in to begin with.".....Needless to say I lost hundreds there in cash and left with thousands in damage, and I AM NEVER GOING BACK again. They are rude when it turns into something they should pay for, cause more problems than what you have, and don't try to work with you any of it. So do yourself a favor if you have anything considered major repair - Don't take it there.
