The store clerk was very polite and helpful the entire time. If anyone would like a photo album of their phone photos. I highly recommend CVS !

The employees working in the pharmacy at this location will close down all the registers before closing time and deny customers prescriptions.

The ladies at West Point, Ms, CVS are the greatest. Very helpful and they always lend a helping hand.

I wish I could remember the two young ladies name but they were extremely nice and very attentive. I couldn’t ask for better service. The store was extremely clean.

I spent 8 hours at the er with my wife. She has a bulging disc and slip disc in her neck. My wife is 60 years old. We don't use cvs (and NEVER will). She was given a pain medication to help her until she can get in to see the orthopedic surgeon on Tuesday. It's Labor day weekend. Went to cvs to get her medication filled and cvs trratrd my wife like an addict. My wife has NEVER use ANY type od deugs in her life. We will DEFINITELY NEVER go back to cvs after the way they trratrd my wife. We have NEVER been treated this way in our life. This was utterly ridiculous and very unprofessional. I only gave 1 star because a minus 10 wasn't an option.

High prices, stand off staff, and somewhat limited selection. Instead of the cashier helping check me out, she pointed at the automated system and said in a matter of fact way, “Um we have self check outs.”Oh thanks, I forgot you were hired here to stand around and scroll Instagram.

Horrible service this place wouldnt give my husband his meds bc he got a partial they wouldnt give us the rest, he had to wait 15 days to get it. Stick to the 5 min. wait time at a mom and pop pharmacy.

Pharmacy's speed and customer service has declined drastically over the past two years.

If I could rate a minus 10 I would. It says typical wait is 15 minutes. B********* Try any where from 1 to 2 hours. Many times I have been and they were actually out of the meds. I needed.. I have never been to McDonald's and they were out of Big Macs. This is just a pawn of Big government. I use a local mom and pop pharmacy where I live. Unfortunately the government is slowly putting These places out of business. CVS, Wal-Mart, Walgreens are all B******** The meds I get from my pharmacy cost $56.28 . The exact same meds at CVS are $ 152.67..

I picked up a prescription for my infant yesterday, asked for a syringe and left. On my way home I noticed some medicine had spilled out of the bottle. No biggie. I tried to take the bottle out of the bag to rinse the bottle and the top popped off, spilling the medicine inside the bag. The bottle was stuck. So I took it back to CVS and before I could say anything the tech asked me if the bottle was leaking. I said no, the top popped off when I tried to get it out of the bag. She walked away and the pharmacist I had spoken to originally came up to the window and told me my prescription had been filled the day before so there was no way the top just popped off because the medicine didn't spill. I told her that actually that would explain perfectly why the bottle was stuck to the bag, because the medicine had spilled and dried. She got upset, came back with a refill and decided to make a big scene. She shook the bottle, held it upside down and yanked it around to show me that the top was on the bottle tightly. That's what she should've done the first time and I would've never had to come back. She tried to embarrass me and make me out to be a liar when I wasn't even upset. But after the second encounter i'd rather stand in long lines at Walmart than be called a liar and humiliated for their own mistake again.
