I am so glad that J is gone I got so tired of him with his smart talking and always lying like he was the store manager I met the store manager he was very nice and listen to my complaint he made sure that he took care of my issue he was a great guy came in the other day to pay my bill and was informed that the assistant manager was no longer there that made my day I always pay on time but that’s gonna make me pay beforehand such a rude guy. Great store manager keep him he listen

Already missing Alicia. The new manager Brandon seems really smart and eager. He pays attention to detail and that is a good thing. He had some tough shoes to fill but I think he can handle the challenge. Great choice for a new manager!!

Call the store tlked to the store manager because I had a issue with my dryer store manager told me that he will bring me another one and take care of me and never did. I was so mad and didn't undersrand why he would lie to me like that and never get bk to me with a explanation so days later I spoke with the assistant manager Jay explained to him what happened and he explained to me that he didnt even know anything about it but promised that him and Rick would came out to my home the next day to take care of me and they did he gave me one out the box the next day now that's customer service thks u guys

I came to the West Point Store and met the Assistant Manager If I can recall his name was Jay omg he was very funny and polite so helpful although I didn’t buy anything he made my visit a great one!!!!!!!!!!!
