Bathroom was bad. Tub didn't drain/sink faucet wouldn't hardly turn off/remote wouldn't work on TV/Continental breakfast was pathetic.

Very sticky dirty place. Keyless entry to side door. Very loud place. Was only hotel in town available. Do not recommend.

My first time in West Point MS driving thru to meet a cousin enroute back up north. The check-in & out staff were great 2 stars. Hotel is outdated & dingy yet the parking lot was decent but no EV charging. I have a major knee issue and there is no elevator but I did include a note in my reservation so luckily I had a 1st flr rm. There is a off putting smell (not the flowing weed) throughout the hotel. After driving 5 hrs. on a bum knee I needed to eat, stretch out, pop a Benadryl & take a power nap . There's a Walmart and some fast food restaurants across the street which is good (Hampton Inn too). I woke up to get my suitcase from my rental car and returned to a roach standing up on tall legs on the t.v. as if it was questioning what took me so long. That joker was not scared I thew a trash can at it. I went to the restroom stressed because it's too dark to drive back up north it was about midnight too I took my unopened suitcase back to the car. I opened the microwave to another roach and nuked it, threw away everything opened in the fridge as well. I sat up watching the roaches and the roaches watching me. Sunrise I was ready to leave this roach motel and the roommates. Breakfast was piss-po I wouldn't eat or drink anything opened due to the roaches but it was only tiny baby muffins, apples and yogurt. My suggestion: don't go to Mississippi this was the 2nd of 3 hotels I was at with bugs and other concerning issues. Do Better Sip!

This place was disgusting! I'm sure if the health inspector would arrive, he would close the place down. How can you run a business with that type of service. The walls were nasty, or had never seen the light of day with a professional cleaning service, our door didn't even work with the key , had to be moved to another room. The carpet has NEVER been cleaned! I'm sure there was puke, feces, ect embedded within the carpet. Im sure that carpet had stories to tell....Disgusting! Our window was broken. The slightest wind and I'm sure it would've came crashing down. The locks on the door were broken like they had been kicked in, 1 room the lock didn't even work. It smelled musty and moldy. Roaches, somekind of water bug in the tub and a bathroom where the faucets and toilet spit the water out like they hadnt been turned on or used in awhile. Waste of money! I hope someone knows an inspector who can make a trip to this place and give the violations it truly deserves. Please run away!

Hotel room was OK, but hallways very dirty. Breakfast practically in no existence – one pot of coffee, few bananas, and few granola bars. In the morning we were locked out automatically from the room before checking out. To re-enter room, we were looking for an employee for a quite long time (despite ringing the front desk bell). When expressing our concerns to the employee (young, Latin looking lady), she was argumentative. It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. In the future, we will try to avoid staying at Americas Best Value Inn again.

Breakfast? No' not really. Unless you typically have a Walmart granola bar fior breakfast. Also don't look for a plate or napkins. Small muffins too but usually they only put out 3 or 4. The rooms weren't great either. Had to kill a small roach on my nightstand. Banged up walls and ripped up carpets. Not concerned about customers really. I said something ti the night girl about stuff and she said I could go somewhere else if I'd like there's nothing she could do. Back door still unlocked all night and keypad outside not working. Mold and mildew in stairwell ice machine not working...

The breakfast was a joke, the shower head had very little pressure but that was alright considering all we had was cold water.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! The entire place is dirty! I’ve stayed in hotels all across the country and this was by far the WORST! Aside from the filth housekeeping came POUNDING on my door each morning at 10am sharp. Today I was startled awake by then pounding on my door at 9:40am! Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal HOWEVER I didn’t get to bed until 4am and I have a 16hrs drive home today. Was really looking forward to an extra hour and a half of sleep. When I called down to the front desk, on my cell phone because the in room phones don’t work, she very rudely told me I was wrong and housekeeping doesn’t get in until 10am. I laughed and opened my door and told her “they’re out here with all these doors wide open already cleaning”. Her response “is that it?” Also they do not offer a complimentary breakfast AND even though this hotel is 2 story they DO NOT have an elevator. Once again wouldn’t be a big deal however my suitcase is 50lbs and that was real fun lugging up to the 2nd floor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.Rooms: FilthyNoteworthy details: Filthy
